Spray 50ml for The Relief of Cramps (Single)

Seems to sort cramp problems in a jiffy ,wouldn't be without it on standby .

For the past few years, I have suffered from thigh cramps. Like a giant clamp being applied to your thigh muscles, it's so painful it has me rolling about on the floor with quite a number of expletives coming out of my mouth! Recently I started taking magnesium tablets and an electrolyte drink, but to no real effect. I'm loath to try quinine given the dubious health issues. So, for the past week I've been spraying/rubbing this on my thighs each morning after showering. And for the past week, everything's been fine - until walking home (approx. 2 miles) from work today when my thighs starting cramping about 10 minutes from home. Fortunately, it wasn't as bad as it usually is, and I managed to get home. Sprayed this on my thighs and within 30 seconds the muscles eased up.So, at least for me, this definitely works. I ordered three bottles but might place another order soon just to have a back-up supply.

Didn't find this exceptional.

Can’t be without it .. was sceptical at first but it works .. handy size for travelling too.

Bought this a couple of years ago, I have now run out and am getting some more. Really do not know what I would have done without it. Just spray it on and after a few minutes 3 or 4, the cramp has completely gone. I thought it was expensive but needed to try something. But like I said it was a couple of years ago, you don't need much and doesn't work out expensive in the long run. This product really works, quite a strong menthol sort of smell which is what obviously warms the muscle to relieve the cramp. I don't normally write reviews but do rely on others peoples to decide what to buy, so have decide it was time to payback.

I've suffered from night cramps for over 4 years and have tried everything, some things give limited relief, but this does really work. The main issues are it can be a bit messy to apply, so would recommend doing that on the bath or shower, it can mark bedding but washes out easily and you can stick to the bedding which is a bit painful when you wake up and have to peel the sheets off, but all worth it for some decent sleep!

Suffer bad with cramp in my toes and this works for me.

Used for leg cramps and so far is working!
