Excellent standalone inositol supplement
I've been using this brand of inositol for years now after finding out I was most likely deficient and haven't gone back. I take it every night and it helps a lot with sleep, anxiety, restless legs, and other psychiatric symptoms. I like this one but it's nothing but straight and pure inositol powder. No flavoring, no sweetener, no need to put it in capsules, just powder I can put in a drink and forget about. Be careful how much you take cuz it can upset your stomach but once you find a good dose then stick to it!

Good quality powdered inositol
Good quality. Okay price. Not big on the paper bag. But it's a good deal overall. All inositol is sourced from several laboratories around the world. So it's all basically the same quality. And as it was very good for you and you know why if you're even reading this. So enjoy.

What’s great noticed affect same day
Great product with no fillers I placed under my tongue or on top tastes great ) & feel more relaxed sometimes I do it in the afternoon or right before bed. It also lowers blood glucose. How do I know I check my glucose . I really like this product. I also mix it with the GABA powder. To get a synergetic affect & enhance my 😴 sleep 💤

A good supplement
I like the fact that this supplement comes in a a recyclable bag. The taste is not at all bad - a bit one the sweet side. Seems to be helping the situation I am taking it for.

Taste, well bitter. But if used correctly that's not a problem. Put into a capsule or like myself use oblate Disc.
