MDF MD One Stainless Steel Stethoscope, White Tube, Rose Gold Chestpiece

First MDF stethoscope. Very nice material and strength. Does comfortably around my neck. Color is awesome. Works better than my other stethoscope. I can hear better and my hearing has diminished. Not heavy. Very versatile. The cost was so nice, low cost but very good stethoscope. Will buy MDF again.

Beautiful. The pictures don't do the white/rose gold stethoscope justice. I bought this as a present for my friend, since her last one broke (given by our medical school at our white coat ceremony). She loves it, and when I tried it out, the sound was crisp and clear. I currently have a Littmann Classic III and a Master Cadiology and I would say the clarity of this MDF was between the two. Excellent product, she was very happy with her new stethoscope.

This is a beautiful stethoscope! Aesthetically appealing, white tubing, rose gold appendages...gorgeous! When I first saw this in the hospital I work for, I did a double take on it. It was lying on a table and I could not find its owner. So, I wrote down the manufacturer info from the diaphragm and searched it online for price and acoustic quality. I read rave reviews on it but was still a bit skeptical because the Littman I own in the same price range (less than $100) has terrible acoustics (I can't hear through it). I purchased the next level up in price for my Littman (more than $100) a couple of years ago, which works terrific--I can hear the universe through that thing. So, I risked it and ordered this MDF (less than $100) and was very very pleasantly surprised! It is true to its beauty, I receive compliments on it galore, and the acoustics? Yes! I can hear through it just fine! It does not provide the excellent sound quality like my Littman (over $100 price range) but it is far better than the comparable Littman (less than $100 price range). I also added a bit of rhinestone bling to it, which makes it appear even more elegant than it already does. I wish I could figure out how to remove pen marks from the tubing, however, but all of my scopes have the same problem. I tried just about everything (bleach, acetone, detergents, magic sponge, etc) but nada. If someone reading this knows how to remove ink marks from scope tubing please let me know. Thank you!

Very clear sound almost as good as my littmann 4 cardiology and definitely better that my Littmann 3! I love the MDF acoustica so much I bought 2 for the price! I was curious as to the MD one. I am a nursing student and I am in clinicals a lot. I keep back up stethoscopes due to the fact my friends will leave theirs at home. If I have a less critical patient who has no cardiology issues I tend to switch out my cardiology 4 for an MDF acoustica because it’s less heavy around my neck and I can still auscultation lung and bowel sounds and get accurate vitals. The MD one is great and I was pleasantly surprised. If you do not wish to spend an arm and a leg on a high quality littman but still want the quality sound hands down go with the MD One! It is heavier than the acoustica, but the sound quality is there. No static or noise from rubbing! I was pleasantly surprised! If you have issues with stethoscopes growing legs and walking away MDF provides engraving on their titanium models, or you can buy an acoustica with the thicker tubing provided for the MD one. I have an acoustica with the thicker tubing it has better quality sound for around 48$. While I will always carry a littmann,MDF stethoscopes are competent pieces of equipment for a fraction of the price!

Love it, but don’t press anything colored on it for too long or it’ll stain. I have a lot of discolorations from putting it in my case.

You enjoy quality craftsmanship and materials, when you touch it and feel its weight. The appearance is striking. The audio is superb. It should last a lifetime. I’ve had atrial fibrillation for two decades. I want to listen to my heart on a regular basis for my own personal meditation. The results have been surprisingly therapeutic. It’s an extension of the notion of “Know Thyself.” I plan to leave instructions to gift it to a nurse, when I no longer have a use for it. It’s a beautiful work of art.

Excellent. I am a nurse with hearing loss so this was the most excellent purchase that I could ever make. I can hear everything that I need to hear even without my hearing aids

Me preocupaba un poco al principio cuando leí las reseñas luego de haberlo comprado porque pensé que iba a ser de mala calidad, pero estoy agradablemente sorprendida. Si bien la acústica no es nivel littman, suena muy bien, y es precioso y único. Quisiera que fuera un poco más pesado en la parte auricular, pero la campana tiene el peso perfecto y se siente de buena calidad
