I don’t understand step 3-4 on the label. It states you can mix it with formula but step 4 says no?

Hi Kate, thank you for your question. The drops can be mixed with lukewarm formula or breastmilk (or food for an older infant). Excess heat will destroy the probiotic bacteria, so the drops should not be added to anything hot or put into the microwave.
