My friend who was a competitive swimmer in school and swim coach as an adult recommended this type of flotation device to me. My son desperately wants to learn to swim but his fear of sinking is holding him back, I love how this product allows him to gradually decrease support so he doesn't feel like he's going from being held up completely to totally on his own all at once.

My daughter uses this as the next step after a puddle jumper. I like that the "bubble" lets her use her arms, so it's easier to transition to swimming without assistance. The float contains 3 foam parts, each has 2 colors on it (I thought it may be 6, which would be annoying to put on and off). As the swimmer gets more confident, you remove the straps from one foam piece, until they swim alone. a couple tiny pieces of foam broke off near the straps when I unwound it to remove a section, but overall it's holding up well from saltwater, chlorine and sitting in the sun

My son had been using the bubble for swim class and to build confidence this summer. After jumping in the pool with the bubble on, the clasp cracked due to the cheap plastic material used and he nearly drowned. This is not a quality product and I would definitely not recommend it to anyone looking for a back bubble.

This is a nice product. We tried a different brand a few years back we are much more satisfied with this one. Our last floaty had 4 smaller layers and they were flimsy. This one has 3 thick layer and they are durable!Update: marked down to 3 stars because the plastic buckle broke is light use.

After the second use the strap popped open on our daughter during a swim lesson.

My 4 year-old used this on our vacation this summer as it was similar to what she uses in preschool swim lessons. Durable, just as expected. I'm 100% satisfied with this product.

strap too thin and hurts when wearing. the material is too thin and snap slips making it loose and fall off. totally useless, dangerous really.....excellent customer service, full refund without asking and a free gift....excellent seller, great customer service

Great customer support! I lost half of the buckle when trying to adjust the back float. Shandy, from VSATEN sent me a whole new back float! It has 3 sections so is adjustable for the amount of floatation needed. The process is easy, unless you drop the removable section of the buckle into the abyss of the sofa, never to be found again.
