I honestly couldn’t be happier with this Money Tree! I ordered it from Amazon on June 9, and it arrived very quickly. It was packaged extremely well, and the plant arrived healthy with no damaged leaves or broken stems. I’ve attached a before-and-after photo because I couldn’t believe how much it has grown in just about 20 days! The first picture is the day it arrived, and the other photos are what it looks like today. It has put out so many new leaves, has become much fuller, and is thriving in my kitchen window with bright, indirect light. It has grown so well that I’m actually getting ready to repot it this week because it’s already outgrowing its original pot! That says a lot about the quality of the plant. If you’re on the fence about buying this Money Tree, don’t hesitate. Mine has exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely purchase from this seller again. Healthy, beautiful, fast shipping, and excellent packaging. I couldn’t ask for more! 🌿💚

I am absolutely in love with this precious Money Tree. It arrived safely with no damage, happy and healthy. It came in a small cute porcelain pot, which says, “ love you more,” with a little small red heart❤️ The braided trunk accentuates the lush leaves, which top it, and gives it that special touch. The saying goes that the Money Tree brings good energy into your space attracting money to you, it’s worth the try. I would definitely recommend this petite plant with a big presence, from Costa Farms, their plants are great, healthy and packaged with love.

Over the past 10 months, I have purchased 3 Money Tree plants (in Jan, Apr, Oct of 2025) AND ALL HAVE DIED! Furthermore, I have purchased a total of 14 plants and trees through Amazon (and in some cases The Home Depot). All grown by and shipped directly from COSTA FARMS. Unfortunately, with the exception of two plants (one of which is still struggling), ALL HAVE DIED WITHIN WEEKS OR A FEW MONTHS OF ARRIVAL. Please note that I have successfully maintained healthy houseplants for over 40 years, so this experience is unusual for me. The plants from COSTA FARMS always arrive looking beautiful, pretty much like the photos used on the Amazon site above used to sell you the plant, but soon after arrival, they begin to deteriorate—losing leaves and declining rapidly. I suspect this may be due to intensive fertilization during cultivation. Then go into shock once they leave the facility at COSTA FARMS which leads to their death. Notably, the plants never COMPLETELY die within the 30-day return window, making it difficult to claim a refund. THE PHOTO I HAVE PROVIDED OF THE MONEY TREE WAS TAKEN LESS THEN 30 DAYS AFTER IT ARRIVED AT MY HOME. IT LOOKED LIKE THE PHOTO ABOVE ON THE AMAZON SITE TO SELL IT WHEN IT ARRIVED. And disappointingly this is also EXACTLY what the 2 previous Money Trees did soon after their arrival after being grown and shipped directly from COSTA FARMS. Unfortunately for the first 2 I missed the Amazon 30-day return window because I wasted time following COSTA FARMS instructions trying to save the plant. So I was out the high cost of the plant. So, BEWARE, if you purchase a plant through a vendor that works with COSTA FARMS and that plant or tree is shipped directly from COSTA FARMS and you notice the plant or tree showing signs of decline within the first 25 days, I HIGHLY recommend based on my numerous and repeated personal experiences with COSTA FARMS plants and trees, that you begin initiating a return or refund request immediately because your plant or tree will die soon. Otherwise, you risk losing both the plant and your investment. My attempts to resolve these issues directly with Costa Farms have repeatedly been unsuccessful. They consistently refer me back to the third-party vendors (Amazon or Home Depot) and have refused to replace or refund any plants, citing their policy. I am therefore convinced that COSTA FARMS is just running off of SCAMMING CONSUMERS. I have talked with them directly numerous times and NOT ONCE have they been willing to replace their unhealthy plants. They hide behind the 3rd party vendors (Amazon and Home Depot are 2 I have used) that they go through so they can successfully SCAM THE CONSUMER and refuse to accept responsibility in any way. They have always REFUSED to replace or refund my $$$ claiming it's their POLICY to make the consumer (me) request refund through the 3rd party vendor (Amazon in this case. Home Depot in other cases of mine). Fortunately, this time I was ON TOP OF THE RETURN WINDOW and as it was now obvious my Money Tree was definitely dying – I requested my REFUND within the 30-day refund window with Amazon. But I did talk with COSTA FARMS first – who again REFUSED to stand by their product. Based on my repeated negative experiences, I advise caution when purchasing plants supplied by COSTA FARMS online. I’m convinced that despite following all care instructions and having a long history of successful plant care, I have been disappointed multiple times with plants from COSTA FARMS. Another disappointing plant that I recently purchased and is currently dying (I purchased through The Home Depot - but was grown and delivered to me directly from COSTA FARMS) is the Boston Fern. It started shedding its leaves off the vines immediately. I’ve successfully grown Boston Ferns for the past 25 years. But there is nothing I can do to help this one. (I’m providing a pic of this Boston Fern too for your reference. It was DOUBLE this size when it arrived at my home approx. 45 days ago from COSTA FARMS). It is definitely dying. I again called COSTA FARMS (today 11/17/25)- which finally prompted me to leave this REVIEW regarding many of their plants because of the FACT that they are ONCE AGAIN refusing to stand by their poor-quality plants and are refusing to replace or refund me the high price of it. Citing their company policy, they instructed me to contact The Home Depot for the refund.

I tried canceling the order when I realized it would not be coming on the expected date since I would be working all day and didn't want it sitting on the front porch in a box for 8 hours. I wasn't able to cancel, it did sit on the front porch for 8 hours, and when I opened it, it was so nicely packaged and looked absolutely amazing coming out of the box. There were some bugs on it but I'm assuming it's from sitting outside all day. There were two large handle holes, also used for air, on the sides, which had me relieved. I've never ordered a plant online until recently and wasn't sure what to expect. I did do my due diligence on researching what plant to order from Amazon from all the reviews and found this one to be the best and I wasn't disappointed. There are some brown spots and white spots on the tree but I'm hoping they'll go away over time. As long as it doesn't die. It's my first plant in many, many years for a reason. I simply couldn't make them last. I'm hoping to turn that around with this one as I'm a strong advocate for the environment and want to do my part in helping it. I'm also hoping this is a start to large garden one day. Regardless, point being, it's an incredible plant as you can tell from the pictures. The packaging was extremely well done and the plant arrived in great condition. The only complaint I have is the pot that it came in. Sure it's nice looking but it has no drainage holes. The pot itself also is much smaller than what I feel is described. I bought another pot online, an 8" self-watering pot for $14, and it looks great in it. I wanted to buy a slightly larger pot anyway to put the plant in to give it more room to grow. From what I've read these plants can grow pretty large, given the space to, and the time, many years for sure. Also, while I was repotting the plant, first time doing that also, they were all connected at the bottoms by a rubberband that I decided to cut off to better get the old soil off to replace with the new one and also I just feel like that would potentially hold it's growth back. It definitely looks healthier than it's first few days. Now that it's been out of its box a bit longer and given fresh air and sunlight. However, today's the first day that I repotted it and I'm hoping I didn't mess anything up. I have a small room, with some roommates, and I'm going to make sure my room has enough air circulation by keeping a window fan in the windowsill blowing all throughout the day with my door open. Room can get a bit stuffy at times. When winter hits I may need to get a humidifier for my room also. For $32, I can't say that it's not worth it, especially for someone who doesn't own a car (all about that environment-friendly life, to the best that I can). The packaging is surprisingly exceptional, the plant itself is beautiful, it arrived a day or two later but that's not a big deal for a really nice plant. I would just like to see them ship plants in a pot with drainage holes, especially self-watering ones. It may cost a bit more, or a bit less, who knows, it would just be really nice, or at least being given the option to. 5/5. Great plant, great company, and again, I really cannot say enough how great the packaging and delivery were, along with how beautiful the plant is. If it dies, it'll definitely be from my end but I'm definitely going to do everything that I can to make sure that doesn't happen. It's also actually five of them intertwined, which seems pretty obvious when you think about it but I didn't, and didn't notice it until I was repotting it. Love this plant. Buy it. Just buy it now and support this company.

Plant is beautiful and just as described. Packaged so nicely with care for its travel. All leaves are green and healthy and the plant is rooted and mature. I watered and fertilized the day I received it and it is definitely doing wonderful!

Plant is beautiful as shown but getting it out of the container was a nightmare. Too much wrapping around the plant and thought I'd never get it out of there. Comes in a rather small planter then the plant is wrapped in plastic, then heavy brown paper, it was so tight in the planter I couldn't lift it out. Cut away and tore away the wrapping best I could then forcefully got it out, then I had potting soil all over my kitchen counter. Very nice plant and will be keeping it, now I wonder if it swelled due to the heat since it was outside for a while. If that can happen, what should one do??

Arrived with several nice leaves, hopefully but they soon wilted in our summer weather; just not the plant for me. It soon died entirely.

Don’t ever order in winter, both times I did the plant was dead on arrival. The one I ordered in April was smaller and lopsided but is now filling in well. This plant does not want to be overwatered. You’ll kill it! It’s a beautiful plant when healthy Costa Farms were great in dealing with the problems of the dead plants. Best to order in Spring

The are very few leaves on the plant, and smaller than the picture , not worth it

I got this plant just 4months and few days ago. I followed all the instructions that came with the plant. Infact I even downloaded the app that came with it. The leaves died gradually. This is very disheartening. Please potential buyer, be guided. A piece of advice.

I recieved the plant. The packaging was nice and secure, however, the plant looks like it has some kind of disease already. There are spots on the leaves, and many leaves are dried with yellow tips. Some branches were broken (maybe during the delivery). I was so disappointed as the plant does not worth the money I spent ($106)!! I contacted the seller and he simply said this is what it is and just cut off the damaged/dried leaves. I saw many good reviews about this order thats why I trusted it but when I saw my plant, I was very unhappy and regretful. I'm not even sure if the plan can make it with this condition and I have to throw it out after some time... unpleasant experience.
