Perfect snacking seeds!
These are very tasty and moreish seeds that make a perfect snack and great alternative to junk snacks. I often pour some in a small bowl and munch on them while playing cards/watching TV/playing computer games etc. They are not too spicy they just have nice warmth. Great flavour, good size bag and a good healthy alternative snack.
