If you want a quick adapter for one off jobs and you have a range of tools from different brands with different port sizes… then i would say there are other, cheeper adapters that actually work better; or can be made to work better with duck tape. The length of the finished adapter is long and not the most ergonomic. They can also be hard to push on and i was concerned over breaking my palm router the fit was so snug. I was about to return but… with some adaption… these actually became perfect for me. I wanted a more permanent solution so cut off most of the adaptor end (the spigot that goes into the interchangeable ends) and siliconed 15mm right into my tool’s dust ports. Sanders and saws, Works a charm. It’s sturdy and quick to change. I also bought the 6m hose which means I can put the vac further away and reduce noise. I have cut noise and dust massively and always put the can on whereas before i used to do quick jobs without.

Very useful set of connectors. Fitted the adapter to the vacuum hose, one connector to the hand sander, another to the jigsaw and the other to the vacuum nozzle. At last got rid of ill fitting bits of plastic pipe and gaffer tape.

So bought this to connect a festool insulation saw to a metaboo vacuume. There was no way I need another vacuumed and why they can’t just standardise their dust extraction systems I don’t know. Actually I do it’s greed. So the good. Fits on the metaboo, just remember it’s a left handed thread to connect it to the tube. The adapter does connect to the festool exit tube. It’s a rubber connection so it encloses it rather than clicks on. The not so good The problem is that the adapter being rubber wants to slip off the tool when you put it under strain which is usually part way through running the saw up your expensive insulation leaving you distracted and then covered in little bits of PIR. Now it may be that I need to force this adapter on a long way down but I’m always a bit reluctant to force plastic things together for the risk of snapping it. So would probably be ok if it was under less pressure so maybe having the vacuume up higher to take the pressure off the hose but I was under time pressure so didn’t have the luxury of trying to test things. I’ll update after the next try when I only have my own priorities to deal with.

Excellent set clips together and doesn't come apart when using a track saw. The rubber shrouds are Excellent quality and looks like it comes with a large plastic reducer for tablesaw. Unwind the factory connection off your henry wind this on reverse thread and you will be clicking away and working dust free ir at least 90% dust free. Brilliant

Excellent quality of life bit of kit for my woodwork shop. I've purchased a couple of sets so far, so I can permanently attach the nozzle ends (comes with two styles & I connector) to my most commonly used tools. No more DIY connections held together with gaffer tape (though I do use it to hold the nozzles on some tools, but they stay on permanently). Swapping the main hose from sander to track saw to router is a breeze. Makes working in the shop a lot more enjoyable. Who'd have though hoover nozzles were the key to happiness?! One thing I have done it use some green insulation tape to permanently keep the blue collar vents closed, as I don't see any reason I'd ever want reduced suction & they could easily open unnoticed.

Good quality, 100 % compatible with the Bosch system that looks similar to this. So very convenient if you have a Bosch vac

These connectors have really upgraded my workshops dust management. Snapping the vac between tools works very well. I have it plugged into my bosch sander, makita mitre and circ saw, and makita belt sander. Probably dont need the little opening swivel though.

Nachdem Bosch erst bei der Version 2.0 des GAS 18V eingesehen hat, dass es kundenfreundlicher ist, die erforderliche Werkzeugmuffe beizupacken anstatt horrende Preise für die Muffe als Sonderzubehör zu verlangen, bin ich auf der Suche nach einer günstigeren Muffe bei dem vorliegenden Set von Cen-Tec Systems gelandet. Zum Kaufzeitpunkt war das mit ca. 15 Eur preislich fast halb so teuer wie die Original Muffe von Bosch. Mittlerweile habe ich das Set an diversen Geräten von Bosch und Metabo (unter anderem GSS 18V, GKS 18V, SJL 8, SXE 450) im Einsatz gehabt und die Muffen haben auf ganzer Linie überzeugt. Besonders praktisch ist, dass durch den beiliegenden Adapter auch normale Staubsaugerschläuche auf die Click & Clean kompatible Schnellverbindung aufgerüstet werden können. Beide im Set befindlichen Muffen wirken wertig verarbeitet und brauchen sich hinter Markenzubehör nicht verstecken. Unsaubere Grate sucht man vergebens. Die Muffen haben auf der Anschlussseite einen nachgemessenen Durchmesser von 25mm bzw. 38,5 mm und eine Gesamtlänge von 121mm bzw. 126mm. Beide Anschlussseiten sind aus dickem Gummi ausgeführt und dichten sehr gut gegenüber dem Gerät ab, egal ob diese innen- oder außenseitig angeschlossen werden. Wie das Original von Bosch besitzen beide Adapter einen Beiluftschieber, um die Saugleistung bei Bedarf etwas herabsetzen zu können. Gerade beim Exzenterschleifer kommt dies gelegen, damit dieser sich nicht am Werkstück festsaugt. Wie beschrieben liegt dem Set ein Click & Clean Anschlussstück bei, welches auf ein Standard Saugschlauch geschraubt werden kann. Dadurch lässt sich jeder Saugschlauch an die Adapter per Schnellverschluss andocken. Wer bereits einen Bosch Sauger wie den GAS 18V besitzt, kann diesen auch ohne Kupplung verbinden – die Verbindung ist Bosch kompatibel. Fazit: ------- Ich habe den Kauf definitiv nicht bereut. Die Adapter sind gut verarbeitet, passgenau und auch noch kompatibel zum Click & Clean System von Bosch. Darüber hinaus erhält man ein Universalanschlussstück für das Click System, um auch normale Staubsauger verwenden zu können. Allerdings muss man dafür ggf. das Endstück des Saugschlauches entfernen, das sollte man bedenken. Da die beiden Adapter aber nicht nur gut funktionieren, sondern auch noch preislich deutlich günstiger sind als das Pendant von Bosch, gibt es bedenkenlos 5 Sterne.
