I have only used two sets of the eyes to date but they looked very realistic mounted in my wood bird carving. Plenty of sizes giving you choices to accurately replicate various species.

Great kit. Perfect assortment

Ordered the black color glass eyes for needle felting projects. Sizes are separated into 5 bags, with 2 different sizes per bag. The wire in the back of each eye sometimes vary in length, but can be cut shorter. Some eyes are slightly misshapen; they have dimples on the surface or there is some extra material on the surface, making them not as smooth as I would prefer them to be. The glass eyes aren't super polished; there is definitely some texture when viewed under a light, but they are still somewhat shiny. Some of the metal wires are slightly rusted or oxidized, which turns them slightly brown and spotted. The metal wires used are not the thinnest, but still easy enough to jab into needle felted plushies, provided you first create a hole for it with your needle. Overall fine, but not ecstatic with the quality.

I wish you could buy all the same size or pick the sizes you need instead of the mutable sizes there are some that are to big for my needs and some that are two small so basically 1/2 dont meet my needs

We had an antique decoy that was missing an eye. These looked really close to the original and we were able to use them to fix the eyes. We removed the other eye and used 2 of these to make them look the same. Since I could not find eyes that were just like these without the pin what I did was to cut the pin off and then glued the eyes in place. They look really nice! I am very happy with the end result and recommend them.

Great eyes!! I really only use the smaller ones. But the colour is good. The pin is nice and short. Black dot is centred. I’d buy again.
