can I use during the day? I find they come off during the night

Off night make sure your feet clean and dry and stick on well not advised to wear in day

My white was stained by the goo after wearing them last night. Hiw can i clean my sheets. Thank you?

It simply washes out... if you apply pad to sticky plaster firmly and evenly it does reduce risk of leakage

Has anyones patches actually gone non black? If yes how long did it take?

You would find the benefit of wearing a pair of socks, and believe they will work and stop eating junk food especially white sugar, and fizzy pops you enjoy benefits of,not only better nights rest but removeing toxins from your body very good for you. Many thanks for your hard work to deliver this product.stay safe out there and keep smiling .

are you supposed to have one on each foot, or just one of them?

Initially yes one on each foot when 1st dtarting out - then as a back up every month you use on alternative feet for 5-7days
