Does the ultra rare girl come in a different box?

Yes it shows who it is the outside of the box, which is good if you are buying them in the store and can choose who you get so you don't end up with a double, but disappointing in a way because there's no "surprise". Even though I ordered on here and my daughter was happy she got the ultra rare girl, it wasn't exciting that she knew who she got right away.

Do you get the one on the first picture or a random one?

No, you receive a random doll, 1 of 6. But the photo of the doll is on the front bottom of the box, so if you buy them in a store you can choose who you get.
