Battery life is great. I have no complaints about sound quality. It’s comfortable for wearing long periods of time. Bluetooth has no issues pairing with iPhones. Mic works good. It’s nice to have a aux cord capability so not dependent on battery life. Carry/Travel case is nice. Headphones are good quality and durable. Fold up with no issues. Will last a long time as long as you take care of it. Bought pink for wife and silver for me. Have no complaints. Touch buttons on side respond well and have no issues. Recommended to my dad and he bought one. Would purchase again and recommend to others. Affordable great pair of headphones. Really like them. 👍

I have a pretty busy home life, I love to cook, and when I cook, I like having something to listen to and keep my phone out of the cooking space, most of the time I forget these headphones are even on, they’re comfortable and the sound quality is great. I’ve used some high end brand, and I find them a little janky, the battery doesn’t last very long, they hurt my ears, but these ones are great. Never been disappointed with this brand.

Update: after 32 days, it wouldn't pair with my phone anymore. Called Amazon support through headphone listed support, they walked me through connecting, it wouldn't. Offered replacement, I accepted, but their system wouldn't allow it, so they had to refund refund money. It's a shame!I had bought a less expensive pair of headphones & they lasted 6 month before something started rattling in one ear of the headphone & my inspection showed no way to fix. So I went on a hunt for a not-expensive headphone but better made. When I saw this offered a 2 year Assurance policy, I bought the headphones & the policy. For 2 years, I can enjoy worry free headphones. If I run into any problems setting it up or whatever, I'll add to this review.UPDATE: Still love them. Got them connected to phone easily. But even when my computer says they are Blue Tooth connected, the sound comes through the computer. Called the headphones support & THE PHONE WAS ANSWERED ON 2ND RING! As I suspected, he said it's a computer setting problem (I've had problem with computer Bluetooth before). I'll call my Dell support.

These are great but they make my ears really hot and kind of give me a headache from the pressure of my glasses between my head and the headphones.

when these arrived, I realized that they did not match the photos of the product. that didn’t bother as long as they work well. however, now after a couple weeks of use, the audio no longer works when I use the headphones while connected through bluetooth. unfortunately I stained the headphone cushions with hair dye, so I can’t return them :(this is the second pair of similar headphones I’ve bought that have stopped fully functioning after a short period. lesson learned, don’t buy cheap headphones.

Great product

They are a steal, except for two things.Good news - I have used them for four months by the cord for office virtual meetings. They worked and people in meetings said my audio was fine, much better than the fancy Plantronix units. They have held up fine too. Not like inordinately fragile or anything.Bad news - Forget the Bluetooth. Forget the company support. Forget them having a support page. While my computer shows that software is loaded for it with the name PowerLocus P3, it complains that the driver isn't functional. Oh boy!Also, they hurt after a couple of hours if you wear glasses. Well, they hurt me. I've never had that with my other bought from Amazon value priced headphones. I even tried two different pairs of glasses. The model isn't on the company website.
