Great handheld Formaldehyde Test Unit
This little device really works well! Has good battery life but comes with AC charger as well. Seller has GREAT support. Had a small issue with the first unit I purchased having to do with the battery, and they (and manufacturer) promptly replaced it. I like the historical graph view of the product showing past values for comparison. If you need to test for formaldehyde in your environment, I would recommend this product.

never worked, never reset to zero. have no idea what to do. did refund my account quickly, and paid for return shipping. so, good customer service. lousy product.

Santacary FH20 Formaldehyde Sensor
I have 2 other detection devices, this one doesn't come close to agreeing with the other two. This one seems to be low on its readings, or perhaps the other two were high on their readings. At any rate, I am still not confident on the formaldehyde levels in this home and this detector. This unit reads 0.01 the other 2 devices read up to 3.0 a big difference. I am not impressed. The other two units are the UT938C and the UT338A both seem to be more responsive and similar in readings. I put the FH20 in multiple controlled environment tests in an enclosed device , each time the unit gave me different readings (not small differences) I have been in touch with the supplier (via 7 email exchanges) and explained what I was seing. At no time did the supplier offer to replace or test the unit, her focus was only on getting a better score on Amazon, not on the calibration or customer concerns. I gave it two stars as I do enjoy the design of the unit, the battery life, and the red/yellow/green LED's used for easy notification, however the LED's weren't noticeable in bright daylight. I could not rate the FH20 any higher due to the reading issues that I was noticing. Waste of money...

Great value!
A little confusing to get started and reads more fluctuations than expected however for the price savings between this and almost any other meter it's worth the few extra minutes of learning curve! We were able to get readings prior to adding new air purifiers which significantly dropped the readings! Very pleased!!
