They look fine when they come in the package, but as soon as you bend them into the shape they are going to be once they're installed, the fabric wrinkles heavily. While the fabric isn't bonded to the foam to prevent this, neither is it on the OEM padding, so that isn't the issue. Instead, it just appears like it hasn't been fitted properly, or the fabric being used here isn't flexible enough to stay flat when bent.
