How accurate is the sizing chart?

Pretty true to size, maybe a little on the larger side but not too bad. My husband loves this shirt and one reason was the softness if the cotton.

Is the sizing chart accurate?

I do believe the sizing chart is fine. I ordered a large for my husband who normally wears a large in tshirts bought at regular nation-wide chains and it fits nicely. This shirt has gotten softer and better every time it is laundered. I would buy it again.

How would this look on an adult woman?

Like she was a fan of this show and looks good in red! I wouldn't wear it to a formal event though.

Is it a men's t-shirt? If I'm a woman and normally wear medium, should I order small size?

Do not order a smaller size order a large. The shirts tend to be smaller. I ordered a 2 x and feels like a large.
