What is the storage expiration date? can you extend the storage life and how? mylar? freeze? repackage? is it dry powder or a moistened product?

Unscannable pure blood, you need a better scanner. Thanks for being so specific.

why is the goat whey more expensive than the cow whey?

Goats require much more goat milk and more individual goats to milk to produce the same amount of product

Technically 2 tablespoons equals 28 dry ounces. Why does this whey protein require 7 tablespoons?

Hi, The volume of the Goat Whey Protein Concentrate is different from any other protein powders or flour. Two Tablespoons of this product is equal to 8 Grams of product, not 28 dry ounces. It weighs different and has a fluffier texture so it may take more tablespoons than usual protein powders to equal an Ounce.

Aside from the fact that it will clump (which I'm ok with) will there be any decrease in nutritional benefit if it's added to hot water?

Thank you for reaching out to us! The product is not heat-sensitive, so adding it to warm water should not degrade its nutritional profile.
