Tolerable speakers, terrible design, useless battery
i knew i was getting cheap speakers, but i wish i'd spent the extra $5 for something with even remotely thoughtful designlet's start with the most unforgivable part: every time you turn it on, an inexplicably loud female voice repeats the same thing--"BLUETOOTH MODE""PAIRING MODE"and then, every time you connect--"CONNECTED""DISCONNECTED"the default volume is incredibly quiet, so every time you turn it on you'll need to turn up the volume, except it resets it every time, and when you DO turn it up it *also* turns up the volume of the inexplicably loud female voice, to the point that it could legitimately wake up your neighbors.oh, and if you get a phone call while it's connected? i hope you don't have a heart condition, because you need to be prepared for a different inexplicably loud female voice to suddenly bark the person's phone number at you in the middle of playback. why can't it just play your phone's ringtone? i have to keep my phone on silent mode in order to comfortably use these speakers, and i can't think of a reason why it's designed that waythe battery life is pretty bad, though it's hard to tell how bad it truly is because there's no way to tell how much it's charged, except by being connected to your device, and since not all devices show you the battery level over bluetooth (even, for example, MacBooks), you should also fully expect it to die randomly when you're in the middle of listening to somethingthat's right, a device that gives you four ear-shattering notifications doesn't notify you about the one thing that's actually probably most usefulnow maybe there's some other feature of this that tells you the battery life, if you go playing around with the buttons, but here's the thing--the instructions (in addition to being riddled with typos, such as "IPONE") literally MISLABEL WHICH BUTTON IS WHICH. it's a nightmare, compounded by the fact that the speakers only have five buttons--despite being literally COVERED in space where buttons could go--which means that they all have to double up on functionality.except it isn't done in a way that makes sense. to turn the volume up or down requires *holding down* the skip buttons, even though you're going to do that way more often than skipping songs, and therefore you can't actually precisely set the volume--you're just holding it down and trying to time letting go perfectly so it doesn't go too high or low.having said that, at least it turns on, connects, and plays music pretty reliably--so if you find it on sale for *way* less than $25-30 (a price where you can find actually decent bluetooth speakers from other manufacturers), maybe it's worth it. just keep a pillow handy to literally muffle it for 10 seconds every time you turn it on

Not Loud; Broke After 2 Months
We purchased this speaker for dance rehearsals. It wasn't loud enough for us. And it didn't last. After just a couple months, the little prong in the back where you plug in your input disappeared. I'm not sure whether it popped in or out, it's just missing. So without that little metal piece, there is no way to make the system connect to your phone or ipad unless you have bluetooth, but when we are at dance competitions there is often no internet. I would not purchase this speaker again.

Works fine but it has a loud "voice"
It's fairly decent as fair as sound goes but the radio is always foggy, regardless of my location. The major downside is it tells what mode it's in when you turn it on and cycle through the modes-no great for apartment living!

Great great sound... but the battery could be better
Im loving this speaker.. its incredible the sound it have being so little... I just wished it could sound louder outdoors and the battery life... I always charge it with the usb cable and a wall adapter and the battery just last around 3-3.5 hours.

Not bad but I wish it was a little louder. Annoying loud notification sounds when it turns on that cannot be altered

Not worth the money
This speaker has no more volume than the speaker on my phone and the battery didn't last very long at all. It connects easily and the voice telling that the connection has been makes it very clear when things are ready to go. I am current;y looking for another speaker.

I have had for 2 months now and I am pleased to say after being used a few hours every day this speaker still fully functions ,sounds just as good as when new and has kept a consistent battery charge of 3 hours.
