This is a top notch balsamic, thick and creamy, and tastes wonderful. You won't find anything in the supermarket like this. Is fantastic on Caprese salad. Very high end, and worth the money.

So I too have fallen into the rabbit hole of good olive oil and balsamic vinegar. After a wicked expensive 25 year old vinegar as well as some more pedestrian grocery store types, I landed on this one. I guess it was the classy-looking bottle that I noticed first, but at first taste, I realized that this is a top balsmic. The older ones are too woody in taste for me, the younger ones too thin and weakly flavored. This one has the body I want and the taste I love. Seriously ... who needs salad dressings when you can drizzle this on top? I have a backup bottle and am contemplating a backup-backup since this is so indispensible for a good salad. Really good stuff.

Fabulous as a dressing for salad alone. Also great with cheese. I'm vegetarian so I can't speak about meat or fish.

Thick and unbelievably delicious. I can’t live without it. I use it on everything, even ice cream. It elevates a salad to a whole new level.

This balsamic is absolutely fantastic! It’s a bit thicker than most balsamic and tastes delicious! I primarily use it with olive oil to make salad dressing as well as drizzling over a variety of cheeses. You won’t be disappointed with this balsamic!
