does it come with crush washer

Just recieved one purchased from Amazon it did not come with a crush washer

what size wrench is needed for this filter?

This is a 64mm 14 flute filter.I used a Honda 07AAA-PLCA100 Oil Filter Wrench 65mm, which has a good fit.I tried a cheaper plastic 65/67mm oil filter cap wrench and just spun on the end of the oil filter without getting a grip on the filter. A good fit and a deep well make the honda oem wrench a good choice, and can be purchased here at amazon.

Can this be for a synthetic or conventional oil?

I've read that it works for both synthetic and conventional oil.
