I have been craving red velvet cake for weeks but I can’t have gluten without side effects. This is low sugar, gluten free, and sweet so it took care of my sweet tooth. I tried the water version , so I will add egg and butter the next time to see if there is a real difference. Take a bow!

The product was not real sweet. It was a little grainy to me and I had to drink with it.

The ingredients are not as pictured on the product page. The actual product contains corn starch in the leavening. I am allergic to corn. This supposedly didn't have any corn product. My partner tried it and the flavor was bland abd didn't come close to tasting like red velvet cake. Was a bit thick/heavy and dry.

Smell , looks, great. Cooks the way pkg says, found it a tad gritty to taste. Will have again might cook more than it says,, or add more water or oil hoping it will be better.
