Q: I can’t believe I only got one tube!!! $12!!! Why does it say 12 pack?

Because the seller is trying to rip you off. I bought a quantity of 4 meaning 48 tubes and they sent me 4 tunes. I complained to Amazon specifically that the seller purposefully did this and they did something and the seller was all, we are so sorry, we will honor it and they sent me an additional 48 tunes at no cost to me. They stopped selling after that but maybe they came back and are trying it again. I recommend you call Amazon to get a return and tell them the seller should be punished for this kind of deceit.

YES, it is a 12 pack of individual tubes.

Q: Why is the price so high for one tube?

At Very Basic to sell a product on the amazon is not just the cost of the product itself. shipping cost less the 4 oz will be 3.50 to 4.55 (zone from East coast to west coast will be 4.55) amazon charge 15% of the selling fee. a bubble bag at very least of 6 x10 size is 0.20 your question of the chapstick cost is 1.15 as we did buy direst from Company . So without a profit we need to list at 1.15 +0.20 +0.75(15%of 5.03)3.35 ( if we sell to NY surrounding states, Not CA 1..00 more )= 5.45 The only way for who ever list at 5.03 is to wish the customer buy 2 and more at the same time( shipping fee does not double if light )weight). We list single tube 6.50 and leave it on the list. If sales comes in , comes in. Otherwise let it be. And wait. Wait... Not easy to be in business. SL
