Good mid-tier system, totally met my expectations - I learned a lot
Used this system to experiment with solar tech, gain knowledge. (Read enough books...needed to get my feet wet.) My test case was my barn with following load: 2 Blink sync modules (serving battery-operated cams), 1 Wireless WIFI Bridge (aimed back at my house), 1 Wireless Access Point (connected to bridge, and providing wifi around barn). 1 first generation Amazon Echo. Of course lights, too: 1 large LED light inside (1500 LUMENS - ~42W) which I immediately installed to replace an awful old 300 watt bulb from last century - that REALLY drained the system. ugh). And 4 LED motion activated lights around the barn on the outside - they pull about 25-40 w each. What I found: This system provides plenty of juice to cover the above. The constant draw of the electronics pulls a steady ~43W drain. If my 2-battery bank is at 100% at sundown, I'll only be down to ~75-80% by morning. But the next day, if it is sunny, they'll be charged back to 100% by 10-11:00 am (we live in North Alabama- to give you a hint on the sun's angle of attack). But I was most pleasantly surprised by the panel's ability to charge the batteries even on overcast days. We have to have heavy cloud cover for a few consecutive days to require using the grid to make up for the deficit. I just ordered 2 more batteries to increase the odds that I'll never have to connect up the AC again (short of a nuclear winter). Last note: I found I had to purchase and connect up a battery monitor (through a shunt) to really get the insight I needed on the battery draw patterns described above. I felt blind without that. The two purchases in tandem have made this a great learning experience. Oh....I rated Tech Support 5 star because we had the misfortune of having received 2 of the original 4 panels badly cracked in transit. They shipped out replacement panels immediately (no hassle at all).

No instructions or service, but it’s a good product for the price.
We purchased this solar kit several months ago. One of the panels arrived broken and most of the wires and hardware were missing. The company replaced the broken and missing parts after around a month. When we got it set up, which was fairly easy to do once we got a manual emailed to us, it worked for around a month. This morning, the controller and inverter started smoking and making strange sounds. So far, it has been one problem after another with this product. Hopefully, the company will replace our smoking inverter/controller.Update: The company said they would send a replacement inverter/controller and they did. We went without electricity for a few weeks in the dead of off-grid winter. But, for all the issues we’ve had with this product, the company has been there to make all of our issues right. We have gone from, “We’re never buying Eco-Worthy products again,” to “Lets see if Eco-Worthy can accommodate our next project.” In fact, we will probably buy the same or similar kit for our off-grid tool/storage shed.At the end of the day, problems aside, this company stands beside their product and for the cost it is a decent product.I will try to remember to do a two year update as that’s when the real quality of a product is on the line. Until then, we say this is a buy considering cost vs. performance.

Everything you need, one kit.
I am no expert and have very little experience in electrical but with fantastic support from the seller, I was able to easily build out 4 of these systems (after my initial confusion on the first).I think the key is a good volt meter (they never lie). This is how mine are setup: Make sure that your solar panels are coming in at 40v to the converter, then your battery bank are testing at/around 24v at each series and at the terminal before trying to turn on your system. For my application, I did have to purchase some 10/12 gauge terminal ends to connect the solar panels to the converter but no biggie.I found it a little confusing wiring the panels to the converter but the seller sent over a diagram and it worked. Still don't understand it though...Out of 4 systems (24 batteries) I did receive one bad battery. The seller has been nothing but helpful and I am more than confident they will replace the bad battery. My only hold up on buying these systems were the reviews on the customer service but I only experienced great support from this seller.Overall, great value for the money spent, great product.

Had it for a month plus replacement parts still no electricity
So I got the product quickly. I set everything up and the batteries produced electricity fine, the problem was the solar panels aren’t charging the batteries so once they got low I no longer had electricity it took about two days of minimal use(only having a fan and an led light on as little as possible) to deplete what little charge the batteries came with. The equipment couldn’t even recognize that solar was connected. I will say they have been pretty good about replying to my email and trying to help/ sending replacement parts. I’ve received 3 different inverter/charge controllers from them and still it’s not working. I bought this instead of getting electricity hooked up which has left me without electricity in the heat of the summer I worry about my animals and not being able to keep my place cool enough for them. At this point I’m starting to regret purchasing this at all. My rating and review is subject to change if somehow they help me get it to start produce electricity. But I’m close to asking for a refund and getting grid power hooked up instead.

It works as expected
Use it on small barn mainly for lighting works great, but I want to add 2 more batteries to the kit to increase my energy bank but if you search for the same type of batteries by them self they don't appear.Hopefully Tech Support can see this review and reply with a link or key work.

Missing hardware but works great
It came with missing hardware to install but after a couple trips to Home Depot i got it running and from there it’s been amazing I’ve hard no problems running anything and it’s been extremely reliable!
