Wasnt sure what this would do EXACTLY, but it has a pump in it as well as a mist making element and of course LED light show, so it could be used on small fountains, etc. It is quite cool device. It will stop if you take it out of water or if water level drops to low even for a second and you will have to unplug then replug it.... good feature to reduce wear and tear

When I first put it in the terrarium and plugged it up last Friday, it worked perfectly. Today is Monday and it’s dead! This is the worst product I’ve ever purchased on Amazon!!!! Dead in three days and I only had it one a few minutes a day. I definitely want my money back!!!!

I'm not sure what is meant by warmth and thickness, so I gave it 5 stars?? It works in warm and cold water. The colors are cool. I used it for a Halloween prop (witches potion). It's unique because it's small, light weight with a very powerful atomizer. The wider the vessel the better. It provides a lot of mist but the water shoots up like a fountain; if the water is too deep or the vessel is too tall then you don't get the mist effect. I think a vessel that has at least 12" or more from the atomizer in all directions (like a bowl or tank) is best with the atomizer being about 6" under the water surface. Also, the atomizer will tip over in the water if not secured properly. The cord in insulated up to a point were there is a gasket or seal that can be used for some type of installation. Either way, it weighs the atomizer down and makes it lean to one side. Hope this is helpful.

Good, sturdy product..came as described and essentially met my expectations.. I mean, I guess the total output per hour had gotten lowered or been adjusted too reflect the actual working flow/production of the unit.. however that's not a reflection of the unit itself, just the discription.. came SUPER fast..next day; really...

Junk. Lights up orange and red and does not fog. Bought two and both don’t work.

It does not mist. It does not light up properly.

Gave it as a gift to a friend whose original item burnt out

After less than a week the metal is reacting with the water. It's heavily oxidizing. The silver has turned black!! I'm not sure what metal they used but this will be dust in a month at this rate!!

The item was okay, but I was disappointed that I did not notice that it did not have an on/off switch. It just turns on when you plug it in & off when you unplug it. My previous one had a switch that you could have just mist on or just lights or both & you could chose which color of lights you wanted.

Poorly made product and unreliable

I've used several of these products and unfortunately they don't really last that long. I use it to keep huidity high around my plants (using fresh clean water) and even so, the product stops working (even though the power adaptor is still lit up) after a few months of use.I'm worried to order another, even though it feels well made.

Second one stopped working within a few hours. Please provide refund. I am not interested in a replacement of your product. Thank-you.
