Excellent sound, and comfortable to wear when running
The earbuds are really good quality. I already had a pair and bought these for a family members, as I liked them so much.I tend to wear 1 (the right one) when running as I like to hear what's going on around me.The one downside is the touch control. Personally, I find it slightly difficult to use, but I do understand that you only have a small touchpad on each ear to control the buds, so I guess I am being critical for little reason.Right earbud increases volume, left reduces it.Battery life is excellent.Mic quality is excellent.All in all a really good product, which I would definitely purchase again.

Dead on arrival
Dead on arrival -- the earbuds did not charge at all.I fully charged the case, then disconnected it and left it overnight to charge the earbuds. Initially, there was just enough charge in the earbuds to pair with my phone, which showed them at 10% or 20% charge. When the earbuds were in the case, they showed a blue light, and the case showed a pulsing blue light, indicating that they were charging. After charging overnight, the earbuds still gave a "low battery" warning and shut down.This is disappointing, as I have JLab Air Icons which work very well, and the JLab Air Sports have features that I want. I will order replacements and hope they are better. From other reviews, it seems that there are quality control issues with the Air Sports.I've returned them, and if the replacements at least work I will give a more positive review.

Good sound
Great product, not too bassy

Great gym buds
A decent set of ear buds that connect automatically and provide very good sound. The main reason I wanted them was for the gym ear hooks to ensure they stay in place whilst in the gym - without the hooks previous buds fell out too easily. To date the buds have coped admirably with everything associated with intense work-outs.

Very good value for money
They are more than I would normally spend on a pair of ear buds but they are good sound quality and very comfortable behind the ear. They last for ages and recharge quick. Very happy..

DOES NOT CHARGE.
The case charges but the earphones don't.The right one had little battery left for me to connect, the audio was horrible. I requested a refund without a second thought of a replacement.

One of the headphones broke - would not charge after 3 months of light use!!.
Product is sturdy and looks good. Bass below average and overall sound perhaps just above average. Only minor thing is that it broke after 3 months!! one of the headphones stopped charging. Returned it to amazon.

Happy but with some issues
Unsure why but in most occassions the buds wont connect properly and I get an intermittent sound until the headphones decide to sync.The look ( white) is very stylish and the buds and box feel very sturdy. Like they will last.The controls are a bit too sensitive so I end up looping through the settings a few times before I return to the right one.I would recommend if it wasnt for the random intermitent poor bluetooth connection.

Te kleine apparaatjes
Voor mensen met wat grotere oren zijn deze oordopjes NIET geschikt. Na uur beginnen ze echt pijn te doen aan de oren. Ik had al moeite om om mijn oren te doen. Kwaliteit muziek is aardig.. bass heb ik niet goed kunnen beoordelen aangezien geluid al niet direct in mijn oor kwam.

Pessima gestione del reso da parte del venditore - salvati in corner
Acquisto il primo paio, una cuffia non funziona e chiedo la sostituzione (gratuita). Arriva il secondo paio ed entrambe le cuffie non si ricaricano, chiedo la sostituzione e stavolta le spese di spedizione del reso sono a mio carico, per un totale di 41€. Scrivo all'assistenza e, previa "distruzione" delle cuffie in mio possesso, mi rimborsano con un buono di 70$ da spendere nel loro sito (le cuffie stanno a 69,99$). Peccato che poi la spedizione (76$) sia a mio carico. Gestione del cliente in questo caso PESSIMA. Possiedo un paio di epic air sport anc da quasi due anni e non ho mai avuto un problema, spiace constatare che in caso di guasto sia questa la loro politica.AGGIORNAMENTO - Tramite l'assistenza JLAB USA è stato risolto il problema, con consegna delle cuffie di 3a generazione senza s.s.
