Is this suitable for foam sanitizer

Hi, this can dispense sanitiser but there will be no foam as the valve is designed for liquid.

Does each dispenser come with the bottle inside so that you can refill it when needed or do you have to buy the bottle separately?

Yes, each dispenser comes with a 350ml bottle inside. You can refill it with soap or sanitiser liquid. Please see the 4th image on our product page, you will see the bottle inside the dispenser.

I thought it was cheap rubbish for the price. Sent it back

Would this be suitable for hand gel?

Hand gel is not recommended for this product as it may cause blockage. It is suitable for soap, shampoo and liquid-based sanitiser. We hope this helps.
