I have been looking for a product to help me regain some additional energy/ strength during my workout, as my workout is for long periods. I have to say, that this product does not disappoint. It gives me what I have been looking for compared to some other products I have used in the past, this is so much better. The cherry cola flavour took my taste buds some getting use to, but after 2 days of using it, it actually tastes quite nice. Saying that I will try other flavours to. It does kick in around 15 minutes after drinking the shake and you will notice a burst of energy which will last for sometime. For me, i can train an additional hour on top of the hour i have already been training for. I take exactly 1 level cup. Saying that it depends on you, your preference to the amount but 1 scoop is perfect for me. Just follow the instructions on the package.As for the metal bottle. Looks good and sturdy but I haven't used it yet as I have others that I use.Honestly, this is a great pre-workout solution for anyone.

The flavour I have “energy” is good, not sure what energy is meant to taste if but it feels bang on. I would maybe change that next order I get.The shaker combo is a pretty good deal, the shaker is about a litre in size and is pretty sturdy. I’ve dropped it a few times and had no real denting or anything like that. The only issue I have is that the paint seems to be peeling quite a lot around the edge but it doesn’t impact the shaker’s use

Great product, bargain price. Fast delivery however shaker came broken as the seal was destroyed. Can’t win ‘em all but should be better.

I’m a regular preworkout user and have been for years. I find that most preworkouts offer that initial boost for the first 7-10 drinks and then you chase that second scoop! This is no exception. That being said this is not a negative review (far from it!)The ABE is great tasting and gives you kick to your workout (I like the itch boost and this offers that!) it has really helped with my workouts especially longer sessions.Importantly you get a free shaker for the price of most other powders alone.I usually rotate between 3 or 4 preworkout powders and this is definitely being added to my rotation. I would not use it month after month but I have yet to find a powder that offers that kick.

Right for the pre-workout and shaker bottle I give 5stars it's the second one IV got and both was 100percent.This time round thou the delivery sucked....I have a porch where items can be left that is always open. They didn't leave it in my porch but left it outside where it can be seen by anyone....lucky enough I was home and saw the notification on my phone so I checked and it wasn't where it should of been. So great product but poor delivery due to lazy ness just open the door and leave in side not that hard. 🤦🤦

I use ABE pre-workout all the time, great flavours and I find it gives me a great kick. I used the shaker once and the lid peeled away!! Poor product.

Good preworkout and the bottle is built to last. Preworkout gives an edge
