My daughter LOVES her necklace. I expected it to be about the size of a quarter, but it is closer to a half-dollar. I probably could have read the specifications, but I was in a hurry. The wrapping is very well done and clean looking, and uses thick enough binding that I am not worried about durability. The stone itself doesn't move or shift, even with my teenage daughter being a bit abusive to it. The purple comes out nicely and is a great as an accessory to just about any outfit. All of her friends are impressed at how big it is, how bright the color is, and have asked their parents to get them one as well. HAHA!

I think this necklace is So cute! The loop that connects to the fastener is quite small though, making it a bit difficult to put on.

There is no hook to hook the chain to. There is a clasp on one end of the chain but no hook or ring on the other end, and the links in the chain are too small for the clasp to fit in the chain links. Otherwise I like the pendant, but the chain is cheap and nonfunctional
