Sold three season tent, with clever little details
We got this for a family of four (two kids/two adults), and it feels neither too big nor too small. We've set it up twice, and had it up for about a three weeks combined since purchase. Paid retail price from an Amazon seller & wasn't asked to review.I'd describe it as a solid three season tent, it does a good enough job (w/included rain fly) of keeping the wind/rain out, but on hot days you really can open up everything and have nice air flow (bug free!). It likely could cope in some legit winter weather, but cold air can sneak between rain fly and roof depending on wind (though not rain). The amenities are great: inc. divider, several pockets, two power port zipper cutouts, door awning, lantern hook/roof basket, floor hooks for a covering, and an actually usable bag.The thing I like most though is how flexible all the windows/doors are. There's like four different configurations for the window (e.g. half open/2x diagonal open/full open) and you get the bug screen regardless. Also while in any configuration you can adjust the straps to either have it tight against the tent wall or loose for improved airflow (without loss of privacy/light leakage). The floor is all up-turned and has been waterproof (even when we got water trapped under the tent, opps!).In general the tent feels really tight, like between iterations and or thought, they've just got a tent that is really well-designed with thoughtful details throughout that you don't really appreciate until much later. It is just thousands of "little details." Like the Velcro on the doors in addition to two zippers, or the divider's toggles to use it multiple different ways, it is small but you'd miss it if it were missing.I'd buy it again. I'd also recommend it. Unfortunately I don't have enough negative/critical to add to make this review more helpful, sometimes products are just solid.PS - I ordered a tarp for under that was exactly 13 ft by 10 ft. Too big. While the footprint likely is around 13x10ft, due to the shape the tarp sticks out slightly on both ends and water can get under. If you're in the market for a tarp for this, I'd look for around 12 ft by 9 ft.

No issues for my 6 foot 3 frame or otherwise
So far, so good. We have camped on the beach at Padre Island in TX and at Carlyle Lake in IL It has held up to some rain so far with no problems. It is nice to have the view of the night sky and the night breezes. Set up is fine after doing it a couple of times. No complaints really.

Perfect family car camping tent
This is a great tent. I did a lot of research before I got a new larger tent and this is the one I landed on, super happy I did.Note: you should buy upgraded stakes (this seams to be a common issue with all tents). I use these.https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07FLZ5Z5H/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_imm_9ZDDYG7BM91801WAXBJ6 Doesn’t come with a foot print so I got these tarp that works perfect.Canvas Tarps Truck Tarp Waterproof UV Resistant 10 OZ Heavy Duty Tarpaulin Cover for Car Boat Camping Firewood Woodpile, 10x12 Feet https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07P2X4PLD/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_81W7A852039WZS8M2661?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1I also really like using a camping rug on the floor to add warmth, protect the floor from cot feet, round out any random rocks and help control dust and sand. I got two of the Nemo Victory blankets in XL.This tent is large enough for 2 Teton Outfitter XXL and 1 Teton Camp Cot.Pro’s vs other 8 man tents I researched: center “room separator” is not attached and can be removed when you are using it has one tent. Has two large doors. Windows are easy to close to block the wind. Rain fly doesn’t cover windows but dose keep even heavy rain out. Guy lines have built in stronger pockets for easy easy packing.Cons: the rain fly has awning that projects out over the door way. There is only one awning and only one of the doors has the points to connect the awning. So you have to make sure the tent is set up with the proper door acting as the “front door”.The guy lines are very strong, we slept through a rain storm with 45 mph wind gusts (upgraded stakes) with no issues. However, the guy line tensioners are plastic and hard to pull when the line is already under tension, plus I had to re-tie a few because the knot pulled through the hole. While the lines are orange and easy to see in daylight they are not reflective and will disappear under red light at night. I suggest replacing the guys with reflective upgrades that are either tied with a tautline hitch or use an aluminum tensioner.Overall this is a great tent for a family or a trio on cots who plans on car camping.

Tall and roomy, stays dry in rain, zippers get stuck on zipper covers way too easily.
Great tent for the price, nice and roomy, fairly easy to setup. Stayed dry on a rainy night. My only complaint so far is that the zipper covers are so floppy and thin they get stuck on the zipper almost every time the door is opened or closed. You have to do some weird finger hack where you stick your finger out of the door and keep the zipper flap lifted up a little while working the zipper. Super annoying, but the rest of the tent experience is great. So if you can get over the zipper issue it's a great tent for the price for family camping at a tent site.

Fast and Easy Set Up - Looks Good Too
We bought this tent for visitor overflow at our cottage. This meant we needed a large tent to fit a large blow up mattress with lots of room for luggage and comfort. We settled on this tent based on reviews and were not disappointed. My wife and I set up the tent in about 15 minutes right out of the box with no issues at all. The poles are thick and sturdy. The fly goes on easy, tones of windows and skylight, 2 big doors and it looks good. We set up a double blow up mattress, side tables, tv stand for laptop movie viewing and still have a ton of room. My daughter keeps getting the zipper caught on the fabric when opening the door but that's typical with most tents so we all need to learn to be careful with that. The tent is set up with the end window facing the lake with prevailing winds hitting it straight on. In a few days we're expecting rain with strong winds so I'll update this review with an update.Update: 2 nights ago we had a severe thunderstorm with gale force winds and not a drop entered the tent. The issue other reviews describe with the zipper getting stuck has not been an issue for us. For these reasons I’m keeping my review at 5 stars.

Great tent, with crappy instructions.
I have the LX8, used it only once for now, so don't really on my review too much. Tent is really good quality, very roomy. Had a pack-n-play in there and a double size mattress, and there was still room for another double size mattress. Would highly recommend it if you want the hight to stand in the tent.It was raining heavily on ine of the nights, and we had 0 water inside the tent.My only complaint for now is the instructions. To make the assembly easy, I highly recommend watching the YouTube assembly instructions before going to you camp site. Keep in mind, its not too difficult to assemble.

Great quality roomy tent
The Copper Canyon tent is a good quality standing room car camping tent. The posts are sturdy and the zippers are high quality. The waterproofing is 1200mm, which kept us dry and cozy when it rained on our first camping trip. The fly is removable and the ceiling is screened, So if the weather is dry you can sleep with the fly off under the open sky. The tent has a divider, so you can have 2 rooms, each with their individual entrance. Lots of hooks to attach things inside, and a couple of pockets makes it easy to keep your belongings organized. If you camp in an electrical site, you can run the cable directly in. Lastly, their customer service is excellent, any questions or troubles they do stand behind their product warranty. I had a problem where the screen door, had some strands running, and they very promptly sent a tent body replacement.

Not good in wind or rain*
We ordered the LX 12 person Tent and it arrived today! We are leaving for our camping trip in a couple days and decided to set it up and have a look! We are Very very happy...it’s the perfect size and set up was fast, not at all complicated! We watched a step by step video online (very helpful) And had no issues. My husband and I Had it Done in 15 minutes! Another Huge positive... The Tent arrived within a week (before expected delivery date) I can not tell you how happy I was when it showed up at my door this morning .... today is Friday & We leave for our camping trip Monday morning 😊 I will write another review after our trip.. it’s calling for rain and some wind for one day .. fingers crossed this tent maintains a 5 star rating! *********Update... window panels are not zippered but rather hook & loop. I did not notice this at first. We live in NL after 1 night in this tent .. the 20-30 winds caused the Windows to flapped hard all night shaking the entire tent. This Kept us & our kids awake. Rain blew in as well. I’m very disappointed, as I loved this tent upon arrival, the size was perfect & shipPing was fast. The windows should be zippered, hook/loop is just not suitable if you have wind & rain.

Pole sleeve ripped within minutes
My wife and I just ordered this tent and set it up in the backyard as a trial before we took it camping. The tent went up fine and was really nice, but when we took the tent down the pole sleeve ripped as we were removing the last pole. I don't understand how it could have ripped in this situation and I am extremely disappointed with the quality. Our last tent lasted over 20 years and we never had any issues like this but this tent couldn't last 15 minutes. We've reached out to Eureka and are hoping to hear back soon regarding a replacement or repair option for this tent. It otherwise seemed like an excellent tent and we are hoping that it was just a faulty sleeve.
