Very cute and squishy. Very bright light even on dim setting. It has a timer though, so it will shut off after a certain amount of time when programmed. Works great.

This lamp is adorable and it lasts ALL NIGHT! I bought it for my 7 year old who isn't exactly thrilled by a completely dark room at night . Both myself and him also sleep in on the weekends ( who doesn't !) and we are amazed at how long and how efficiently this tiny lamp stays on! We are talking 10-11 hours !!!!!!!! My son also loves its color-changing setting, where you can just have the lamp keep alternating a few different colors, as he is an ADHD kid, and this feature prevents him from getting bored with it. If you need a soft, beautiful and functional lamp that doesn't break the wallet , this is the product I recommend . It also takes a regular C-charger, which is always a plus

Kids love. Holds charge and provides enough light to read with and act as a nightlight. Easy to charge and durable for kid hands.

This light is so incredibly cute. Several reviewer's have mentioned it is very squishy. It certainly is squishy, but if you plan on leaving it in one location, I don't think that is an issue. Touching it to control the features uses hardly any pressure, again squishy isn't an issue there either. The number of touches controls on/off and several other features. For example, it takes 5 touches to turn it off. The remote didn't work at first. I turned the device on and off via the control button on the bottom. Then the remote worked from a few inches away. After that it worked fine from a distance. Perhaps it has to do with how the light is turned on initially or it needed time to sync? Also, the remote works while the light is on a battery and while the light is plugged in. It uses a micro usb cable to recharge, which was included. The colors on the remote button seem off a bit. For example the green button on the top row of colored buttons does make the light turn green, but the green button directly below that one actually looks more blue than green. Not a major issue at all. The flashing/blinking/color changing buttons all seem to work fine. But wouldn't recommed some of those choices if you are sensitive to flashing lights (photosensitive epilepsy). As some of the colors change rapidly. Though I haven't tried EVERY feature yet or the timer. The plug slot is too small for charging. And if I don't have any issues (no need to return it), I may go in and CAREFULLY cut the hole a little bigger at a later date. I plan on using this night light to enter my bedroom after my husband is asleep. I placed the remote close to the entry to turn on the light. Then I plan on tapping the light to turn it off after I'm in bed. It should work great for that purpose.

This is an adorable product and sheds the right amount of light. I ordered 4 for grandchildren, but returned them once I understood the charge life was 6 hours. So it would require a new charge every day. I knew that wasn’t realistic for busy parents to have even one more thing to think about.
