Shame on ME for my slack housekeeping, One day I see a few & in no time time the kitchen is infested with Roaches, yuk! Bug bombs dont.t faze them, even on a sequential day blitz. And, Oiikn's 1 year little guarantee exterminator program cost twice as much as this handy dandy appliance, for evermore. Odor Stop OS3500UV to the rescue. Closed off the kitchen with heavy curtain & at 3/4 ozone rate, and 2 hrs later [1350mg/h] not a creature was stirring not even a mouse, on this side of the walls. Am certain they will reappear, as those on siesta and behind the wall will certainly hatch Sooo in a few months, or on 1st sighting, I'll need to do it again. Oh well, not a big deal; and, I'll look forward to that fresh air smell. And I don't have to shell out for the Okrin man to spread chemicals. BTW, that fresh air smell after a rainstorm; that's lightning induced ozone Ur smelling. Ozone is hazardous to aerobic creatures. And my impact electronic equipment. That dry rot cracking on your car tires, is the result of long term ozone exposure. BTW, I rarely award 5 Stars. Yes, I'm a nitpicker!

This machine is a miracle. My father smoked inside his home for 40 years with all the doors and windows closed. Nicotine was literally built up everwhere. We removed everything we could including floors, and painting all walls but the smell would still take your breath away. I ordered this machine and ran it all day everyday for a month along with my ac fan and the difference is amazing. Im so glad I got it, we had even tried leaving the windows open with no success. I also spent hundreds of dollars on cleaners and odor sprays for nothing. Finally I have a home that smells fresh thanks to this machine. This thing has already saved me piles of money, I wish I would have gotten it sooner. When it first came in I was a little taken back by how small it is but dont underestimate this thing. Its easy to set up, it has three plates that slide into it that puts the new smell out. You can not stay in the home while its running and make sure it airs out before re entry. It might take some time if your odor is bad enough but if anything will work it will be this.

We had issues with smell in our studios, this product solved our problems. Beware it is very strong, you don't need to run it for more than one hour for a 600 sq ft. Also, follow all the regulations about the use. It can leave a bleach smell after use so open windows and doors to get rid of the smell.

I have been using this product for a while where there is strong pet odor in the apartment from a previous tenant. It does take the odor out to an extent. But the odor won't go out permanently. I end up using the product every so often. It is perhaps because the pet odors are very strong and deeply entrenched in the carpet and below. Overall, a good product for mild or medium pet odors.

We purchased this to get a cigarette smoke smell out of a condo that we were selling. We had tried everything to get the smell out and nothing worked. We purchased this unit and after one treatment you could not smell any smoke at all. We used it one additional twelve hour cycle just to be sure but it was amazing. I would highly recommend it!

This replaces our old ozonator with one great feature the UV light. Works fantastically.

Product showed up and immediately had to be warrantied. 2 pieces of the machine were not functioning properly, causing the machine to generate only 1/3 or the ozone output. I’m sure it’s covered under warranty but I was hoping it would work properly right out of the box and not waste my time shipping it back. I actually purchased two units. 50% of them worked...

Works very well for old, musty smells.
