Good first impression Edit: That didn’t last long
First Impressions 1/12/2020: I just put these tires and tubes on my 1977 Schwinn World Sport. I’m pretty good with a wrench, but by no means an expert or bike mechanic, most of my experience is with mountain bikes. These tires are pretty big for a 27 and a quarter. I read online that’s a reflection of poorer factory quality, but these are on the end of more economical, so I’ll take that trade off. I wasn’t careful installing one tire and it didn’t seat well. I got the gun shot tire blowout. The other tube was fine, but I made sure to really spaceout the extra tire length into the tire before putting em on. As far as the tubes go, I would say for this price point they’re fairly competitive. The tires are 90 psi max and actually look pretty cool on this vintage road bike. I put 80 psi in them to have a little wiggle room while I get a handle on this brand. This isn’t my daily commuter, and the tires look really good on vintage bikes. So for the price I’d say my first impression is generally positive. I’ll update with a full review after putting more than 3 miles on these tires, but it’s a good first impression.Edit: In my opinion, these tires are junk. As the saying goes, “ what’s cheap ends up expensive”. The first time I inflated these tires it didn’t seat right and popped while I was in the other room. I wasn’t paying the best of attention, so I’ll own that part even if the tires aren’t made well. I took it on a second trip and my tire had a flat by the end. I patched the tube (another brand which fit much better than these) but saw my tire lever had scraped a hole in the side wall. I’m no bike expert, but I’ve changed a handfull of bike tires and never had this happen before. Reading other reviews it seems this is a common problem with these cheap tires, that the side walls give out during riding. They do look good, but I prefer riding my bike rather than walking next to it. Will steer clear of this company and recommend you to as well. Maybe these tires will work for you, but it seems pretty risky buying a very low quality tire when others out there are only a bit more expensive.

Tire's are wonky, bumpy and not straight. Tire tread separated after light use
I bought this product a year ago and it seems my biggest complaint is the tires. They seem to be the faulty left over ones they just send. They sometimes have a problem seating even after numerous times of re-seatimg them on the rim. For some reason the tires are not straight and the tread kinks off and it causes a bump, not a smooth ride at all. I originally thought my rims were the problem, but after trueing them up I realized the rims were perfect but the tires that were out of shape. I'd never seen this before. Another issue I had even though I've only had them on the bike a year, I can probably count on two hands how many times I've riden the bike and just yesterday the rear tube started leaking air rapidly. I hopped off the bike to find the cause of the deflation was the tire splitting and the tube catching a rock. Like I said I only rode this bike a hand full of times this year, why on earth would the tire split? And I cannot use this tire again.I bought a replacement tire from another company on Amazon and even though it's the same brand, its already proving better. Tire went on perfectly and straight. I would steer clear of these low quality tires from this seller. Not sure why they are different but they are.The tubes seem to be holding up much better however. I recommend the tubes not the tires.

Remeber, you get what you pay for. If you are a casual bike rider, these tires and tubes work.
Some people down rate these tires and tubs for whatever their reasons. I don't think most people know how to change bike tires and tubes. If you know how, and have a compressor handy, inflate to 90 pounds and these tires will seat on the frame properly. If you pump it up with a hand pump, good luck.Otherwise, I personally give these two tires and tubes, two thumbs up.If you are a serious touring bike rider, you may want to pay for really good tires. These aren't bad, but they are affordable and they run smooth.

SO FAR, SO GOOD!
I had our mechanic put these tubes and tires on the vintage Schwinn that I bought my husband on Craigslist, since he was doing some other work also. That way I knew they would be 100% correct since some people had complaints. I also have these tires and tubes on my vintage Schwinn and they have been on for nearly a year, no problems. We ride semi-regularly and the tires and tubes are holding up fine. Will include a photo.

Great deal, great tires, great smell 🤗
Great deal for a new tire set up! Came quick, tires are great, well packaged I didn't need to finagle them in shape.Inner tubes came with new rubber strips to line rims which is nice considering some companies, like Schwinn, don't do that. Very happy with my purchase and riding well for a few weeks now.Happy to order from this company in the future.

New LIFE for an Old Bike
I've restored my Sears "Free Spirit" bike from 1977.The original tire and tubes were not worth keeping... I had this in storage for over 30 years, keep health and riding my bike and not my Harley! Thanks for an awesome product, great fit and looks OEM!-Arnold

Flat tires too many.
Two rides two flats. Put tires and tubes on. Had a flat front tire. Went to a local bike shop and purchased a new tube. I had already purchased a quick release rim so I put new rim and new tube on with the tire on the front. Next ride another flat front. The only common denominator is the tire. I am not pleased. I checked tire inside for protrusions and did not find anything but something is causing flats and its not the new rim or new tube. I cannot recommend.

the gum wall tire set i was looking for!!!
these are excellent, so far.the tube is slightly thinner than the tubes i had.they would have pushed tire over rim, i think.now, if the tires last; they'll be 6 stars!they're a set, i highly recommend purchasing the set, not using 3rd party tubes.if you do, and they fail?don't blame the tires, the tube is too large diameter when inflated.used for half this summer, and there's hardly any wear.
