Good supplement
The product seems to be of good quality. However, I experienced fish burps, which contradicts the product's claim, and I am therefore reducing my rating by one star.

Worth to buy👌
Its completely worth to buy and have better effects than the others available in the market. I started taking this fish oil in January, my HDL rose above 50, triglycerides dropped and my DL dropped a little more. Still took medication to get it down after a year of trying dietary changes. Also, look up the research on the effect of fish oil on cell longevity that you need higher dha and epa ratio which this oil privides.

I'm writing this review after using 4 bottles..
I scoured Amazon for a fish oil capsule for me and my mum in Aug 2020. I compared the content of 1 capsule with various brands. Not only content was highest n cheapest, but also contains calcium n omega 9 which I found cool. Since I have used 4 bottles of it, I decided to write a review. Pro's 1. Morning motion has become regular and constipation has vanished. 2. I have acne. Skin has become clearer. Con's 1. One fishy burp everytime I take capsule but it doesn't stay in mouth like metallic taste of some tablets. 2 seconds n it's gone. So, we don't mind. All in all, me n my mum like to take it everyday.

The only thing which I don’t like is super burp reflex. Stay informed! Quality is not super good.

Great product
After using this fish oil I've noticed improved joint health, reduced inflammation, and better mental clarity since starting this supplement. The product is reasonably priced, arrives well-packaged, and the soft gels are easy to swallow. I highly recommend it.
