Really good and good value for money
Best fitness journal I've seen so far. Space for everything. Really good for if you are starting a weight loss journey or looking to build muscle, go through a bulk or cut and so on and gives you space to stick in a before and after photo. The only tiny tiny thing I would say is that it would benefit from having a few more of the "my starting point and results pages" as most people would likley have multiple goals once they reach their 1st. Though its very good for a start.

Damaged!
Product good but packaging rubbish! I can't be bothered to return but it's very annoying that it wasn't packaged well enough to not get damaged!

Makes logging gym workouts easier and more fun
As someone who needs glasses to see my phone I was finding using an app to log my workouts quite tricky as I don't want to wear my glasses in the gym. I was also sick of needing to unlock my phone and open an app 10 times a gym session. Having the book with me makes it much easier to just pick up and read.

Fitness Journal Review
Prefect for creating a routine and is great for tracking progress and setting goals. Also, very detailed book helps me plan weight lifting training and cardio sessions. Overall very good fitness book to plan workouts very happy with the product.

Does exactly as it says
Very good quality paper. Contains everything it says. I particularly like the number of goals that can be set in the book and the amount of tracking pages. The only thing I wish it had was a box for average and max heart rates in the cardio section.
