is this filter for the facelift or pre facelift Tesla model s?

I don’t know what a facelift or pre facelift Model S is. Ours is a 2017 which has the current body style and it fit perfectly.

How long should this filter last?

That all depends on the condition you drive in if you’re driving on dirt roads with a lot of dust six months if you’re just driving in good conditions probably a year, a smoker ect
