The flavor is just fine unless you're a sugar addict, I think people are expecting to swig a 90mg of sugar monster and this aint it. I really like it, I dont like overly sweet tasting things especially after drastically reducing sugar out of my diet and I really dont like overly artificially sweetened things. Ill take this over a monster any day! Think about what your getting here, its not necessarily an energy drink, its made into a drink for convenience but its a nootropic on the go, if you dont like the taste drink your favorite drink and take the Discipline capsules. For what this is its pretty damn solid in my opinion, it has no preservative chemicals because its pasteurized, no sugar or artificial sweetener chemicals like aspartame, a MEGA dose of B12, and same caffeine as a cup of coffee, its a solid couple hours of energy and focus with zero crash or jitters. At least for me. I like coffee in the mornings but I will definitely keep these stocked in my machine shop for the afternoon boost! ***Would have been 5 stars but my only gripe is I ordered POMR and got Dak because it was mislabeled with the incorrect barcode, the barcode was POMR and the cans were Dak and I am not able to return them or even exchange them which was a bummer, I am not sure if this was on Amazon or Origin but whoever labels the barcodes might want to check the stock so this doesn't happen to anyone else. **Only bummed because Im not a huge cherry vanilla fan even for coke a cola, but it's not that bad. I'll drink them since I have no other option lol. *I really liked the afterburner orange that was really good! Im gonna grab that again for sure in the future!

I love this stuff. It legitimately makes me feel great. It gives me energy but doesn't make me anxious or hyper, and there isn't any crash afterwards. Just a temporary boost in energy and clarity. If you are used to the super sweet taste of most energy drinks, you may not love the flavor as the sweetness here is fairly mild. But personally I really like that, I hate that most things are made to taste like candy. I've tried Tropical Thunder and POM'R flavors so far, I love the POM'R, Tropical Thunder is okay but it's basically pina colada flavor and coconut isn't my favorite. I can't wait to try Citrus Psycho. Thanks Jocko!

Positives: Healthy, No Sugary Crash, Energizing Negatives: Acquired Taste, Expensive Price Tag, Small Portion I was a big fan of the products made by Jocko, so I knewa little bit about these energy drinks since I was a regular customer of their protein powder. Since I wanted a healthy alternative to soft drinks & energy drinks, I decided to invest in these Jocko Go series since I wanted a taste of these drinks for myself. After getting the 12-pack, I knew the ingredients in these energy drinks were all healthy ingredients since I didn't feel my body respond in any negative way such as acne breakouts, jitteriness, or headaches since I have a big negative response to high doses of sugar taken in a short period of time, and there was no sugary crash after drinking the energy drink since my energy level stayed constant all the way throughout the day even right before I fell alsleep, which was a great sign since I wanted this energy drink to help me maintain my constant pace, which this drink accompolished all that and more! When it came to all the negative aspects, I'm not a really huge fan of carbonated water, so the taste of the Jocko Go energy drink became acceptable to my taste buds after I drank 8+ cans, and having them chilled in the fridge helped me the best since it just tasted like bitter-sweet soda to me in the very beginning. Not only that, the price tag on these things is pretty expensive when you compare this to a bottle of Arizona since you have to pay about $30+ for 12 drinks, which meant that I was drinking each can very sparingly (I typically drink one can per week, and I try to drink one can every Sunday mid-afternoon since that is the time where I feel most sleepy and tired, so giving myself a pat on the back for a week well-spent became my regular routine). And last but not least, the portion that these drinks contain is really small and tiny if you again compare it to a $2~$3 energy drink that you can buy from any general store, since I can only get 2~3 mid-size cups from 1 bottle, which can be a small portion for adults who want to get more value out of their money. To summarize the key details, these energy drinks are for people who are willing to pay the top dollar for energy drinks containing healthy ingredients and clean fuel, and personally, it really helped me get off on soft drinks since it became my go-to alternative for sodas, which made it a worthwhile investment for me. I'll be continuing to try out different flavors of the Jocko Go energy drinks, and hopefully, I'll be able to find out my favorite flavor since the iced lemonade flavor was a little bit bland to my taste.

I really liked this product. I recently had to cancel my subscription due to concerns unrelated to the product itself. Better chilled than room temperature, but had good flavor and the energy boost was great and gradual. I noticed the focus stayed about all day while working. There also wasn't a crash at the end, I was able to wind down from the day and go to sleep pretty easily. I chugged one when I was in a hurry and it felt like the boost was more immediate, so I recommend drinking it over the span of 15 minutes or longer, that was a bit of a rush. I found this more reliable than your everyday energy drinks found at the store. I'm sensitive to caffeine, although I did not have adverse reactions with this, play it safe if you are to try it.

I’m honestly pretty appalled at what Jocko did with the new GO Energy formula. They removed nearly all of the premium ingredients that made this drink stand out — Alpha-GPC, Acetyl L-Carnitine, Theobromine, Bacopa, extra L-Theanine, electrolytes, choline — basically the entire nootropic/focus stack that gave it smooth, productive energy. Now it feels like a stripped-down generic energy drink with the same 95mg caffeine and fewer benefits, yet they’re still charging the same premium price. The old formula felt balanced, focused, and smooth. The new one feels cheaper and watered down while pretending nothing changed. What makes this even more frustrating is that I’ve been a loyal customer for over 2 years and have spent well over $400 per month on Jocko products. That level of customer loyalty deserved transparency, not a major ingredient downgrade hidden behind the same branding and pricing. Very disappointing direction for a product that used to be genuinely different from the competition.

First I am a huge fan of Jocko products and use a number of his supplements. I’m a 53 yr old male who works out on a regular basis. I bought this based on that reputation and my goal to move away from coffee. Unfortunately this drink made me feel like my heart was in overdrive. I’ve tried it on several different occasions thinking maybe it was a fluke but at the end I got that same “weird/off” feeling. Other than that I thought it tasted good.
