Like all bar tape very fiddly to put on but once on it does the job

Bought this tape for my cyclo-cross bike. It's really grippy, and not too cushioned so has a good bar feel. My bars are standard 42cm width, but do have a wider flat section on the top which I guess takes a bit more tape than a round bar. The bar tape was barely long enough once I'd cut a short section to cover the lever clamp, and I had to retape several times to get the exact minimum of overlap to finish off. Is not super flexible, so a bit tricky to wrap on corners without wrinkles, but you can pull it quite tight to get a stretch, and I warmed it up on the radiator which seemed to help. Overall I like this tape, but I'd hesitate to buy if I had bars wider than 42.

Went on very easily, the adhesive is pretty strong and the tape is robust enough to be pulled tight to the bar. Where this tape excels is with the feel, it's superb, grippy and soft, a really nice tactile finish.

Exactly what I needed to replace torn foam grips on my lat bar.

Bought this after a friend showed me his, I was impressed how grippy it was. It might not last a hugely long time, but it's not bad either, especially considering the price. There's also a double pack available which makes it even cheaper (ie enough for two bikes, 4 rolls).

Nice and comfortable, plenty of stretch to easily cover the whole bar. Good strong glue, does not unravel after 6months use

I've used these for additional comfort on a home static bike. The tape seems to be of very high quality and suitably forgiving on the hands/wrists. It was extremely easy to apply and the tacky strip was more than sticky enough to secure to the existing handles. I cannot speak to the durability just yet, but I cannot see any glaring issues so far. The item was very reasonably priced given the quality and I will update this review if there are any negatives in the immediate future

I usually buy expensive bar tape from my local bike shop, but I got tired of spending a lot of money on something that only lasts a year, so I thought why not try some cheap Amazon stuff? This bar tape is amazing! It wraps on easily, has grip and has lasted around 1000 km with minimal wear. I have not ridden much at all in the rain so that might be one reason it has lasted well. But never the less, I would be sure to buy this bar tape again.

Been riding and racing for over twenty years. Was never really particular about bar tapes. Never had to spend more than twenty bucks. Then decided to go black after years of white bontrager bar tape. Thought about supacaz with its hype and good reviews. But couldn’t justify spending 30+ $$. Then came across this Alien Pros for $12.49 with excellent reviews. I’m very impressed. For the price, it’s very good quality. Easy to install. Very strong (stretch the heck out of it). The feel is tacky enough, and comfy. The adhesive sticks. Seriously folks. I really don’t see how the Alien Pros guys sell this bar tape for cheap, cuz it should be 3X $$$ as much!! Save yourself some cash and get this bar tape! You won’t regret it.
