G Pro X version is excellent - G-Hub Software not so much.
The X version of this keyboard is aesthetically pleasing. I like how the keys light, being bright and clear with rich coloration. The keys markings are well shown without distracting side glitter/glow (e.g. Roccat Vulcan). I also like the cord, it is braided and more flexible than the non-X version. I am impartial to the Shroud decorative theme, fortunately it's not too prominent.I can't say that the keyboard has faster response time than some others (maybe) but what I can say is that subjectively, it feels good to use. It feels natural and never like an obstacle, it seems to help me get better game scores. I like the TKL format, it seems fine for use as a normal keyboard (productivity). While it's a personal matter, I like the linear keys on the G Pro X/Shroud version much better than the standard version; these have a much better feel and better sound. The keys are still a bit clicky but much smoother sounding than the browns or blues. This is something you can't evaluate by looking at a web page.I like the on-board profiles. You can setup your preferred key lighting, store into the default on-board profile and it will be remembered and show up on *any* computer that the keyboard is plugged into (without requiring any special software). However, for this to work, you have to store into the default profile. There is no published way to cycle between saved profiles without the support software which is quite lame.I REALLY dislike the G-HUB software -- it's a complicated mess. For me, the only thing that G-Hub has going for it is that the fonts are bigger and the menu is resizable. Fortunately, the Logitech Gaming Software is still available, much less fiddly and much more intuitive. Perhaps in some minor ways the Logitech Gaming Software is less functional (hard to say), but it gets the setup job done much more easily than G-Hub. I may try the G-HUB software again in future since it can possibly be improved (though probably it cant get worse).

Awesome Keyboard!!!
This is all you need, for a great price! It's a bargain! It's got an amazing light system, which you can turn down the brightness with the software or turn them off completely by pushing the button on the keyboard. And you can make a lot of adjustments to the colors and how they work. They keyboard is somewhat heavy, which I like. It types really smooth and fine. Logitech really makes great products. I like tall key caps. I hate low profile keys, and this keyboard has tall keys. However I think they may be a little too tall, so it feels a little weird right now, but I'm sure I will get used to it and it won't be any problem. They keys work really great. They are smooth and have a pleasant sound. They're not very loud. I can type fast without making mistakes. My last two keyboards, I made a lot of mistakes because they were bad keyboards. I didn't know it was all because of the keyboards. I can also type faster and smoother now with rarely a mistake. I am a fairly fast typist. This keyboard will save me time because I won't be struggling with the keyboard. I was considering buying a $200 or even $350 keyboard, but I'm really glad I bought this one because it is awesome and spectacular and it'd be silly to spend more. As long as this keyboard keeps working great for a long time, that's all I want. Also the keyboard is the perfect size. The key layout is not overly small, so my large hands do feel comfortable with the spacing of the keys. My last mechanical keyboard was a little too compact and I constantly had to move my hands around as I typed in order to compensate for that. This keyboard is pretty much perfect unless you dislike having really tall keys.

Wonderful keyboard; snagged at 60 bucks
I bought this keyboard when it was on sale for 60 bucks. It’s a great keyboard—not too loud, and I had no issues with the RGB programming. I love how I can set a specific color or pattern depending on the game/program I’m using. I don’t play League of Legends, but the design is very pretty so I don’t mind the logo at all. I was initially worried about the paint wearing off the keys like some reviews have mentioned, but I’ve had this keyboard for 3 months now and it shows no sign of wearing(I don’t eat at my computer, I make sure my hands are clean, I wipe down the keys everyday with a microfiber cloth, and I use it everyday, anywhere between 3-12 hours). I haven’t had a single issue with this item. For the price of 60, I consider this keyboard a steal and I highly recommend it. If you treat it well, it’ll last a long time and you won’t be disappointed.
