Philips 43PUS7805/12 43-Inch TV with Ambilight and Alexa Built-In (4K UHD LED TV, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, Freeview Play, Smart TV) - Plastic Gun Metal/Mid Silver (2020/2021 Model)

I had to return my previous TV as it buzzed on black screens and was incredibly annoying, so I required a replacement and stumbled apon this. Wow. The TV looks incredibly sleek. It's completely silent. The ambilight is fantastic. Unfortunately I don't have a white wall to fully showcase the colours, but you can set the colour of your wall so it compensates as best as it can. The picture quality is great, the colours are fantastic. It has both HDR10+ and Dolby vision. The sound is rather mediocre. However I have a soundbar, and I usually play with headphones. The OS is pretty responsive, it's not android, it's Saphi. It has most of the apps you would need. (Netflix, prime, YouTube, BBC I player etc. But it lacks Disney plus and some others you would want. I have a Chromecast so I don't really use the smart features. It has game mode, which my previous TV didn't have. I can't believe how much more responsive input is on games compared to without. Overall I'm very happy with it.

I have had this TV since 2020 and it started out a great TV. I loved the ambilight and generally the sound was great and picture was pretty good too. But now this TV has a dead pixel and I constantly have issues with the screen going black but I still have sound. I have had this issue a few times now having to restart/reboot the TV each time and finally it has given up. Poor excuse for a TV I have ones in the past that last years! Safe to say I will not be purchasing another Philips tv.

Ok, don’t normally leave reviews but hopefully this will help. Like I say the picture and hue sync is awesome. But setting it up is just dumb - this is because Hue and Ambilight are different companies with Phillip’s. Connecting the hue hub was fine. However... I had major issues getting the app to recognise the lights. Turns out the TV only recognises the first 50 lights and only if they haven’t been erased and added again. They are then invisible to the TV until you do a factory reset on the hub. Still it would only recognise the first ten or so that the app setup. After 3 resets. I disconnected everything except the Hue strips I wanted to sync with the tv. Set them up in the app as the only 3 lights I have. It then recognised them and set up was simple. I did then have to rename and setup all my other hue lights. But it’s like tech home cleaning. All set now. Terrible set hue... & ambilight. Should be so much easier. Again, the tv, the picture, the sound and most of all the sync are awesome. 4 stars as it’s hard getting there.

On the whole I am very impressed with this TV. The picture is excellent, the sound is quite reasonable (we have a sound bar) and the Ambilight system really adds to the viewing effect. For a smart TV it runs quite smoothly. However like all smart media it is a glorified computer and as such it occasionally has a tantrum, but nothing that switching it off at the mains can't solve. The remote can be a little slow at times but I am willing to forgive that. Overall I think it represents good value for money.

Great TV for the money, easy to set up and great picture quality at this price range. Ambilight is a really nice touch and after using really adds to the viewing experience. Screws on the feet are long but will go all the way home with some carefully applied effort making the whole unit sturdy.

This tv is great, son uses it for gaming and TV, but as in pics the screws were to long for feet, messaged retailer but come back with feeble excuses about they for the wall, but it dont mention the wall just to put the required screws in the feet , ive messaged several times but now completely ignored, proped up by books to keep upright, but will have to get smaller screws myself, as in other reviews people have had same issue, so be aware if buying the TV screws DONT fit very very poor customer service with wasnt rectified .

Wow!! This tv is amazing. The quality of picture, the lights and sound. Blew my mind. Fantastic tv. Easy to install.

Téléviseur reçu il y a 2 jours. Conforme à la description. Ce que je je savais pas c’est que c’est un OS maison, pas androïd TV. Du coup on ne retrouve pas toutes nos appli préférées (molotov par exemple). Tant pis, je continuerais d’utiliser le Fire Tv stick. J’ai choisi un modèle de chez Philips pour l’ambilight, je ne suis pas déçu. Concernant le vendeur UBALDI qui proposait un prix très compétitif : je l’avais trouvé sur internet mais ne connaissant pas et ayant du mal à trouver des renseignements fiables j’ai été content de tomber dessus sur Amazon. Au final vendeur fiable (au moins pour cet achat!) avec une réponse rapide quand j’ai posé la question du délai d’expédition.

TV que no deja indiferente por su sistema ambilight principalmente,pero luego tenemos un panel que tampoco desentona . Buena calidad de imagen . Unos negros bastante profundos y en mi caso me ha tocado un papel sin fugas de luz. No hay ghosting en consolas ,el sonido es más que decente . Y para una habitación pequeña destinada al ocio ,es una televisión genial. Eso sí ,para completar el sistema multimedia ,mejor ponerle una TV box o una fire stick. Ya que su sistema operativo tienen pocas apps y es bastante incompleto . De momento todo bien y más aún por su precio ,unos 350 euros . Para el montaje de la base ,es recomendable usar un destornillador eléctrico o comprar tornillos mas pequeños de los que vienen .

Bel televisore, arrivato con un po' di ritardo dovuto all'intasamento dei corrieri post black friday. Non essendo un talebano dell'immagine perfetta posso dire che il pannello ha una buona qualità, provato con la Xbox a 4k con HDR la resa è ottimale. L'ambilight da quel tocco in più che non guasta, inoltre di norma è presente solo su tv più costosi. Preso in offerta è davvero un'occasione. Unica nota negativa è la coferma, come letto in altre recensioni, che i piedini non sono granchè e le viti entrano direttamente nella plastica del tv, quindi meglio non toccarli più una volta montati. In generale pienamente soddisfatto dell'acquisto!

Excelente relación calidad precio,es muy completa ,HDR 10 dolby visión ,buen sonido y lleva ambilight que 3w una pasada.
