are these vegan friendly? please help thnaks!

I couldn't find any reference to an animal product being used. However, I couldn't comment on if all the materials were sustainably and ethically sourced sourced.

Are the shoes suitable for sports?

Very good mens tennis shoes, I like them very much.

Are these suitable for road running?

No, they offer no support. Good as a fashion trainer or to the beach. At a push a gym trainer for callisthenics not weights.

How light are these as I’m ‘a toe Walker’ and need light shoes that will allow the bend to be on my toes? Also how is the sole and size on these

They are very soft and flexible, I’ve had no problem with the size they fit really comfortably. The soles are soft but they are a nice comfortable walking trainer.
