Great idea - but WAY TOO SWEET!
If you like tangy 'desert pickles' this is for you.... almost cloyingly sweet - but if you get past that, the balance of vinegar and horseradish is very nice. I realize that the public demands sweeter and sweeter products these days... but I won't be buying them again due to the overbearing sweetness. Bread and Butter pickles are always sweet/sour... but please give some more bite and sour than this product has now...
