Life Ionizer 9100

I bought the 9200 model after returning a lower model that was defective. That one would not turned off. The 9200 had just come out so I purchased that. It was difficult to install and leaked. The second plumber finally was able to stop the leak. A few (3 or 4) months later the filters started to leak. They sent new gaskets and continued to leak. After numerous calls for service and he talking to the plumber he recommended I send it back for repairs. I sent it with insurance and paid over 75 dollars to ship. It was returned saying there was nothing wrong with the machine it must be the filters so they sent new filters. It worked well for another few months and it is leaking again from inside the machine this time. This time they will send a label to send the machine back. I have requested my money returned so I can buy another type of product for the water processing. I am waiting to hear what "life time warrenty" means. I have suggested I may have gotten a lemon so just send another machine. Not possible. I have spent a large amount of money on plumbers and people to help me check the machine and help clean the water off the floors . My wood cabinets have a water marks and the wood floor have damage.I believe in the concept of the machine and have liked how I feel when I drink the water when the machine has worked but it has not worked for 25-35% of the time I have had the machine and I have had it less than a year. There has to be a way to return a lemon and get a new machine. I will return it again and see how it will work when I get it back in a few weeks. meanwhile my RO can not be used so I will be on bottled water again. I would not buy this machine again until they have a better return policy or they have time to have a product that works.

I have been using Life Ionizer 9200 for over a year. I found the printed instruction manual very confusing, but the videos that accompany the product were very clear. I had to hire an electrician to install an outlet under my sink, but other than that, I was able to install it entirely by myself. I've never experienced any leaking or problems with the installation. I found the tech support a little slow to respond, but once they did they were very helpful.I immediately felt the effects of the ionization as my body released many toxins for the first month or so of use, causing me to feel some sinus congestion, etc. I realize now, that I decreased the amperage to begin with. I appreciate the flexibility available to increase or decrease these amperage settings for the water. I've been very healthy since and have had no trouble with the machine whatsoever.

These days there are a billion different bottled water options on the shelves with fancy bottles, names and catchy summaries and I USED to buy them. But when you add up how much you are spending and how much you are throwing away, it really made sense to me to buy a point of use water filtration.Saying all that, I still wanted the best water out there.I heard about ionized water from one of my friends, but most seemed overpriced or really cheap chinese knockoffs. After some long nights reading as much as I could about the different models, I narrowed it down to Life Ionizers and one other. I found that Life Ionizers had been in business for a long time, they have so many model choices and they have extensive filtration. Plus they have a lifetime guarantee on their units. Can't beat that!Spoke to a really helpful young lady over there who set me up with custom pre-filtration, some extra add ons and a fair price. The set up was super simple - Only took me about 5 minutes to connect to my sink. I did have to call about how to use the drops for testing and the technicians were super helpful.Now I tell anyone who will listen about all the benefits of the alkaline water ionizer and how helpful the Life folks were.My advice is to talk to their experts, as they seem to know exactly what they are doing and are very helpful.

My machine never dose self clean and after few years, water small rotten, I spend more then $ 100 for shipping fee both ways and $50 for cleaning. however after in 2 days, small came back, and leaking water from the bottom of machine.Alkali level 1 to 4 had same and Acidic level also all same level. Only I have PH 11. I can't drink itVery bad customer service and bad technical support. the company people are not nice people.

I just got off the phone with doctors health supply where I boughtthe life ionizer 9100. First I thought something was wrong but itturned out that my son had done something to the water system.So they were nice and helped me and now it works great. I havehad it since early last year and the whole family likes the water.I wanted to write the recommendation because the tech guywas so nice. During 2012, I purchased a life ionizer 7700. I can tell the difference between the tap water and the water that has been purified through the 7700. The coffee tastes better when using ionized water. They have an excellent service department and will answer any questions you may have. I recommend a life ionizer who is interested in their health and clean drinking water.

We have been using the 9100/9200 for 4 years. It has been trouble free. Since using this we have not had any of the colds or flu's that come through our area. I like the taste of the water. When cleaning the unit and I have to drink the local city water the chemicals in the city water are now very noticeable. Not so with our Ionizer water. Because we have hard water we do have to make sure we clean the minerals. I would recommend this unit.
