I have had a few K&N filters with previous vehicles, and this fit perfectly in my 2015 Audi A6. The difference in power is noticeable and the peace of mind of having a long lasting filter is worth it. Cleaning these per the manufacturers recommendations is a good practice, and relatively easy with their cleaning kits (just leave time for drying, or buy 2 filters if you're impatient).

The filter arrived yesterday and it was easy to install with a screwdriver. This was an exact match size wise and fits my 2012 A6 Quattro with the 3.0 TFSI Supercharged engine. There is a metal hose clamp on both ends of the connector tube, loosen both ends and slightly pivot that tube out of the way. The back of the airbox has a large round plastic cover that pivots about a quarter turn counter clockwise. Once unlocked even pressure around the cover allows it to be pulled back off the air box. This exposes the air filter and a round, black plastic tube sticking up, that simply pulls out of the filter. The only thing left is the stock filter and it can be turned to help it lift off the round rubber seal at the bottom of the filter which fits snugly over the base of the airbox. The base is not threaded even though on the K&N filter it looks like it could be.

Good product added a little more horsepower to my A7

I bought two, one for my Audi A7 TDI and for my wife's Q7 TDI. The ad said it fit the Q7 but it didn't so I had to return it. The product itself is great but only giving 4 stars due to the misrepresentation and hassle of having to return one.

Easy to install in a 2017 Audi A7. Just need a screwdriver to loosen metal rings. Installed it over the summer time. No issues at all. There is definitely noticeable acceleration boost which I’m pleased about. Can’t tell if fuel consumption improved as I haven’t driven much during the pandemic. Great thing about this filter is it’s reusable saving you lots of money vs. buying genuine air filter. It might look expensive now but it pays for itself in the long term. I have had great experience with K&N products over the years.

Exact fit for a 2014 Audi A7 TDI (C7). Simple to install but if you're not mechanically inclined, you can look up a how-to on YouTube. Expensive but nothing "K&N" is cheap. At time of this review I paid $95.39 with taxes included in that amount.

Don't buy them, I bought them for my 2015 audi a6 and they did not work and now Amazon will not accept my return and I used their vehicle matching option to do it which is not accurate.

This is must have addon that should be there on your beloved Audi A6 or A7. It sounds so good that you won't regret even a bit. Installation is a piece of cake. I have installed it on my A7 quattro 204BHP S-tronic model and I can feel a huge difference in low rpm acceleration.

In 5 Minuten war der Einbau erledigt passt 100% kann ich nur empfehlen Hatte vorher einen von HG Motorsport gekauft und er hat nicht beim luftfilterdeckel gepasst also hab ich mir den gekauft bin super zufrieden
