Freaking love this product. Came very simply packaged which I appreciate. Glanced for five seconds at the directions and put it together. The mop pads are really soft and seem like excellent quality. Came with 3. I used this sucker right away haha I think the instructions say to remove the cap when putting the bottle into the mop but that may have been to fill? I filled 1/4 with liquid lemon Lysol and the rest with tap water and put the cap back on before putting into the mop handle. I was able to mop my kitchen, dining room, hallway, entryway, downstairs bathroom and areas of living room without rug so easily, without having to use much effort or any type of cord or battery hallelujah, and it barely put a dent in the solution. Floors smell and look AMAZING. I turned the mop upside down and removed the solution bottle, sprayed what remained and mopped that up then capped the lid back on and stored it upright with my other cleaning solutions until I need to use it again in a few days.. I made way too much! I removed the mop pad which came off super easy and have it on a hot cycle right now in the washer. I plan to air dry it so fuzzies don't get on everything in the dryer. Put the mop in our hall closet to finish and it's got a hook where you can hang it out of the way of you have a hook. I'll update my review if any problems arise but this came crazy fast with prime (less than 24 hrs), super straightforward and easy usability and looks nice. I hated using my Swiffer for mopping because the pads are totally soaked and drip and then it's just nasty to remove. I love that I can use my own solution, it doesn't take any type of charge (like my steam mop does that was 3x the cost of this and can't be used with a cleaning solution) and this is super portable and very affordable. Been wanting to get something like this for a while and hate mopping so this is a WIN. Just buy it!! :)

I have purchased this item twice before—one for our home and one for our Snow Bird home. I have been very pleased. I use them a lot. My complaint would be how hard it is to pull off the water tank. A little plastic piece went flying. I ordered another thinking how nice it would be to fill 2 tanks and have one ready to replace when one went empty. I hate taking the tank off and filling it. But to my dismay, this order 9/2024 has a much smaller tank and the older bigger tank will not fit. Not only does this mean I won't have a spare but I will have to fight pulling off the tank more often and risking a breakage. I also noticed that the tank fits even tighter than the previous mop. I have rated this mop with 5 stars but I am taking one off because of the smaller sized tank. I hope that the tank will loosen with time.

Great mop

Since my arthritic hands are getting more painful, I could not longer mop our mostly tile house with a mop and bucket. I tried the Rubbermaid mop first which was good, but the trigger was hard to pull and after two months, it stopped spraying. I bought another one, and again after two months, it stopped spraying. I then tried another brand, and the trigger was so stiff, it really hurt my hands to do my whole house. Then after asking the question about the trigger being hard to pull on this one and getting answers it was easy, I purchased this one. It was easy to assemble--took me all of a few minutes by myself. The trigger is thankfully, very easy to spray. The spray is wide making it a quick job. The mop is very lightweight. The only downside for me is that the refill bottle does not have a flat bottom. This makes it impossible to remove from the mop when you are finished and store it separately. I don't like to store the bottle of solution left in the mop, but there is no other way to take it out and store it separately. The pads that came with it seem better suited to just dusting. For mopping, I use the same size microfiber pads from my other mops. This mop was half the cost of the rubbermaid reveal, so if it lasts longer than two months, it will be awesome.

Initially the box lookedsmall but once I removed the mop it was larger than I thought, easy to assemble, Light weight, easily to maneuver and did a good job on the floor. Storage was easily since it had a slim design.

We have beautiful white oak hardwood floors thru out. We started using this mop after our installer mentioned that cleaning our floors with a steamer would void our warranty. We use Bona hardwood floor cleaner in the applicator. My floors have been cleaned with this useless mop for about 4 months. I have started noticing that whenever there’s a spill in the kitchen area and I wipe it my napkin turns gray as if the floors are dirty. At first I thought that maybe it was just dirt caught between the planks so I scrubbed around a few to remove the dirt. I had bit of water spill on kitchen floor a few days after my home had been cleaned, I wiped the spill and my napkin was completely gray. This made me think that something was going on with the cleaning gadget that we had been using. I vacuumed the floors and proceeded to use it to clean the hardwood floors as usual. I realized that the pads help to spread the floor cleaner but don’t really pick up the dirt that’s on the floor. I proceeded to dry the area with paper towels and it’s exactly what I thought. The pads spread the cleaning solvent but don’t really wipe the solution off. What happens is the cleaning solution air dries on top of the dirt and the floors don’t get clean. I had another pad that had microfiber loops thru out, like the loops on the perimeter of these pads. It seemed to spread and dry the cleaning solution off my floors leaving them cleaner. I have had to clean my floors 2x-3x’s over again to remove all the dirt these horrible pads have not been doing. So disappointed but glad I noticed sooner than later. Wipe your floors dry with a paper towel to make sure these pads are really cleaning your floors!

The mop works well in my hardwood floors but the spray trigger broke and won’t spray anything; it just makes clicking noise. So I had to cry a spray bottle of floor cleaner which defeated part of the purpose of this mop. liked the mop so I bought second one and months later the spray trigger broke again. I will not be purchasing a third mop.
