This does improve my dreaming & depth of sleep especially when taken together with unisom. More so than only unisom or unisom plus another “natural” sleeping supplement such as melatonin or Deep Sleep (that one has poppy). I have been getting 5.5 hours of sleep on average for decades ever since law school and through my career and recently discovered the benefits of unisom or Benadryl nightly after the natural stuff failed for 23 years to get me to 7 hours. Benedryl only gets me a few hours of sleep and unisom usually lasts longer. Quitting coffee a year ago and staying off it also helped. I love the added benefit of mugwort & will order again although it’s not as important as OTC meds to a “full” nights sleep if you’re looking for a deep meaningful nights rest. Listening to angel frequencies or lucid dreaming meditation also adds to a good dream experience and deeper sleep. I didn’t know about the period stuff but I noticed the month after taking this my period was extremely heavy, unbelievably so, and now I know why. Yikes. Not what I was looking for and honestly a bit scary. Like, sorry if TMI but going through super tampons to drops on the floor from beneath my robe. It even freaked out the cats. But it did give me deep vivid dreams so I’d just say go sparingly if you’re female of menstruating age and don’t want a heavy flow. Typically my flow is extremely light, barely noticeable to my living a normal active sporty life. I sometimes used three droppers full a night and I’d say that’s too much. Maybe even a few drops. I’ll use this sparingly from now on. My headaches during flow were also a bit worse but not shockingly so, just enough to require double the aleve which historically happens a few times a year. I could still function. I have a history of menstrual headaches. They aren’t debilitating and this might have contributed to slightly more but I can’t be sure it was related. The flow: definitely related, had to be, and worth noting for others.

Enhances your dreams.

The flavor is surprisingly sweet and tasty, in the sense of what I initially expected. As far as effectiveness goes this extract works great. I use half the dropper level about 15 minutes before bed with a little water to wash it down and in no time I'm asleep and with improved REM, Deep Sleep and enhanced lucid dreams. I think I've found my go-to mugwort extract from now on.

I haven't had lucid dreams yet, but it is mildly relaxing. The effect is very mild. I can take a full dropper at work, and I barely notice anything. I think it is helping me sleep a little better, but my dream lucidity and recall are about the same without it. I'm calling bull on the claims that Mugwort helps to induce lucid dreams. It is also making my meditation feel a little better, so I'm giving it four stars. If you are expecting a powerful effect on your dreams, you might be dissappointed.

I don't know what I was looking for in this product however I did never find it. It didn't help me sleep.I didn't have no lucid dreams. I felt like this product was just an experiment to try to get some sleep. It taste awful and doesn't really have a scent.
