Great taste. Use it as stock with added water. Put it in as gravy browning instead of salt. A multitude of uses....and its gluten free.

I have used this in marinades for tofu and in vegetarian stir fries. It imparts a lovely flavour. Being double strength you only need a small amount.

I ordered for Tamari sauce but Amazon delivered another product called Yaemon Tamari sauce by mistake instead which personally I didn’t like as much. I prefer just the Tamari sauce. This is not bad it just tastes different, I feel it less sweet and more salty which I think others might prefer.

This soy sauce is the best in the market for gluten free. It is strong, the smell and flavour are amazing.

Good taste but absolutely pours out.Too much soya beans for me plus a very heavy bottle.
