?Does the gold color last?

I've been using this set everyday. I hand wash the utensils. I haven't noticed any wear on the surface or change in the color.

The middle tines on the smaller salad forks are all bent inward out of the box. Is this by design or is it a flaw?

It’s by design. My old set(another brand)is the same. My guess is it facilitates grasping the salad/lettuce more easily.😊
