TD-3-BK Analog Bass Line Synthesizer with VCO, VCF, 16-Step Sequencer, Distortion Effects and 16-Voice Poly Chain

Neat little box. Love the software that lets you edit patterns quickly and visually but also lets you have that old school feel if you want. Limited a amount of sounds and tweakability but all very good and usable within the right context. Perfect for people who want start with hardware synth but don't have a bunch of money. Cheap plastic enclosure so don't toss it around but for what it puts out it's still worth it. Thank you Uli and Co., for another cool budget box of audio fun.

Ha sido mi primera compra en Amazon y resultó ser de mi total agrado, llego en menor tiempo de lo esperado y sin problemas. El sintetizador es muy bueno y divertido, tiene una apariencia robusta aunque el material se sienta algo endeble. Ha sido una muy buena compra.

Classic PSA post here: Just a heads up the molding on the red see through model (TD-3-SB (and quite possibly ALL of the see through models)) the bottom came out uneven. Yes, it's like a table with uneven legs ... EXCEPT it weighs less than 1 lb so you can't skirt around it because it doesn't weigh enough :-\ Anyways - to fix this - find the flattest surface at your home (so probably NOT your desk) and layer the bottom with electrical tape. When it wobbles there'll be 2 opposite corners that'll be flat while the other 2 will teeter. Generally, 1 of those will teeter more substantially. I'm here to tell you you have to layer the electrical tape on both sides. Moreover, chances are is you'll have to end up throwing 1 strip of electrical tape on a third corner. Once you get it to stop wobbling you'll also probably have to rig up 2 folded flash with scotch tape to makeup for your desk's curvature. PSA out of the way, this instrument is super cool! It's ACID MAN. Fun stuff. You absolutely -- POSITIVELY have to get this guy working with the Behringer's TRIBESYNTH software. There's a phenomenal tutorial on YouTube covering everything. Once you see how this thing gets programmed ... you just know Josh Wink and D.O.P were just chillin' out using the random feature on Roland's TB-303 ... because there's no way you're program this thing without software. It really shreds man! Get those analog circuits nice and toasty. Mock up some leads ... a fun, fun time! Sawtooth is definitely brighter ... but we'll definitely see a handful of Bieksa-like MEAN Square Wave Leads! The distortion is a really cool addon and what's best about it, is it sits right there on your desk! The 2009-2014 Golden age era really missed out on live modulation, so were definitely in for a treat.

Have been waiting to connect the td 3 with my neutron. By it self the td 3 is awsome. But toghethr with my neutron it opens up a whole new world. Gotta love behringer

音自体はまさにアナログベースシンセ！ もろにＡＣＩＤブリブリって感じで文句なし。音自体もいいが、やはりこの変態的シーケンサーがこの機材の一番の魅力かもしれません。他の機材をこれで操作するってのもおもしろいかも。 あと、意外だった点が本体の色が真っ黒を想像してたけど、かなり渋めのダークブラウン。チャコールグレーとも言える。これはこれでなかなかレアな色でアリかなと。

Nachdem ich vor Jahrzehnten die originale 303 hatte (die ich damals für nen appel und nen ei verkloppt habe) hatte ich mal wieder Bock auf so eine zwitschkiste :) behringer hat es geschaft genau das zu bieten inklusive der beknackten bediehnung von damals.... Warum... Egal gib ja jetzt Programm und damit is das teil klasse also wer bock hat für ein abgerabeltes original 2000+ auszugeben soll das machen klanglich ist das allerdings auch für 120 zu haben ohne klanglichen Verluste und wesentlich bessere Bedienbarkeit von mir klare Kaufempfehlung top Teil fürs Geld 👍

I own a few 303 clones, and this Behringer TD-3 punches well above the price tag, especially when Amazon is selling them for £85. Many people are a little hesitant about the onboard sequencer, but it is true to the original '80s design, a little annoying to use at first, but really not that hard. Besides, you can program it via the free SynthTribe software provided on their site. Having MIDI in/out is a massive bonus compared to the original that only had DINSync and this one has a built-in Boss DS-1 style distortion. All these added extras just make it more appealing, and you can do MIDI over USB as well, along with any potential firmware updates. The sound is pretty much what you would expect from a 303, and I've used plenty of original '80s ones to know that they all sound a little different anyway. You can unscrew this TD-3 and mess with the factory filter setting if you want to dial it I too taste, plus once you have EQ'd it and added effects it will sit really nicely in the mix. Overall, a bit of a bargain at well under £100 for a slice of classic mono synth, and 'that filter' is a lot of fun.
