Good question! I hadn't thought of that...... Answer is No. I tried using CrystalDiskInfo on two computers & the drive isn't listed.

In the pictures the one labelled black is shown to be blue and the one that is shown to be blue is black so what colour am i actually buying?

Just get the black one, what you see in the picture doesn't really matters, as they will most likely send you the one based on the details they received.
