Buddy cop movies were a stalwart of the action/comedy genre in the 80's & 90's and the Lethal Weapon series (well, the first 3 at least) are the original classics. Although some of the subjects and dialog seem somewhat dated now (particularly the second movies Apartheid storyline) this is a great value purchase.The quality of these Blueray reissues is very high indeed, some of the best I have seen on remastered older movies. The colour and contrast are exceptional and really benefit when viewed on a good sized TV.In summary; You're never too old for this s***!

for any fan a must have :). Sheer escapism with all the wit, laughs and explosive scenes you would expect from such a great box set.

Excellent box set with great extras. Film wise I think the series gets a little to silly towards the end but each film has it's own merits. You can pick this set up really cheap and this gives it added value.

The quality of lethal weapon 1 is grainy for all 5 of blue ray , the second was sillyand not entertaining , the 3rd had a mediocre feel to it and the script is dated even the actors or the two cops riggs and murtaugh are not even funny. Also it offends in way of repetitive jokes and 1 to 4 had bad action scenes , and useles waste of 10 pounds on nothing good , ALTOGETHER VERY POOR 80S ACTION
