Cute coffee maker! It has held up great to almost daily use from two kids after a year. They love making mommy and daddy coffee or tea with this set and have us chose which drink we'd like from the picture card and which add-ins we want. It is super cute...but back to the coffee set. It's durable, adorable and encourages imaginative play. I personally would rather a plastic coffee pot and cups, but I understand why this is wood. The cups have been dropped, and even thrown, and there is not so much as a chip or scratch on any of it. It is a really great set!

I went back and forth between this and the hape green version. What made me choose this one was the fact it had realistic coffee pods and not just small discs of felt. Pros: *made of wood *small for tiny almost two year old hands *nice color *two cups which are small but the coffee pods also can nestle in the top which is my daughter's favorite thing to do *cute sugar pack, cream carton, ice cube and spoon (all wooden) *price was very reasonable cons: *may be too small for older kids *comes with only one spoon/ice cube/sugar package . I can imagine in a home with several small children they would argue over the accessories. *there is no handle to push down into the coffee pod. The lid is just a wooden flap that shuts. The hinges look like an elastic pony tail holder and I worry that could break. There is a plastic button to push but it's a bit stiff. The hape brand has a nice handle much like a real Keurig. Overall very nice and the most loved gift my daughter received.

Toddlers love this Mama loves her coffee and now the kids can be Involved too! Melissa and Doug make great toys. They hold up and are extremely durable

My 4yo loves this set. This is perfect for any preschooler who loves to play kitchen. I was especially amused at how this mimics our Keurig on the kitchen counter, with the mini k-pods and all. The milk is kept in his “fridge” and poured into the mug for his stuffed animals. And of course, the coffee he makes for us is top-notch! Well, that is until he starts pretending to add sour gummies instead of creamer... but hey, that’s the fun part!

I always buy Melissa and Doug toys for my grandkids. They are durable and don't break easily. This coffee maker in particular is really cute. Since both my daughter and son in law are avid coffee drinkers I knew their kids would enjoy this toy. I was right....All the pieces are very realistic looking down to the coffee pods. This toy is a winner!

We bought this for my daughter for her 5th birthday in 2017. I’m writing this review more than 2 ½ years later after purchasing the toy and can say with certainty, that this is a great toy for boys and girls of all ages. My kids are now ages 3, 5, and 7 (1 boy and 2 girls) and all of them like to pretend to make me coffee and play with this set. The company that makes this toy, Melissa and Doug, definitely know what they’re doing when making products. This toy has held up well, is durable and lasting, and lots of fun. The only downside worth mentioning is that the play ice cube block often get stuck in one of the white wooden coffee mugs and there was one time that my son pinched his finger in the toy trying to remove the cube so I ended up just getting rid of the ice cube and that one mug. Overall, a great toy that’s giftable and fun for both young boys and young girls.

A few months ago I bought a very small set of kid's dollhouse furniture. Included in it was a few coffee mugs and a coffee put all smaller than a half dollar. The kids I let play with the dollhouse furniture we more impressed with these. They spent time playing coffee shop and making cups for each other and every adult in the room. I thought how nice it would be to get a fuller size set. While browsing for one I came across this play set and thought they might love it. They are used to seeing adults at our dinner parties use a Keurig and I thought that they would recognize this. The accessories that came with made their game of coffee shop so much richer! They can ask your order down to your preferred coffee type. Milk and sugar. Iced or hot. Then they can stir it up and serve it. The sugar packet went missing for a while, it is a very small piece, once it was found I set aside a bucket to keep the whole set in and we have not had a problem with loosing any pieces since. The youngest that plays with it is about 3 and has a great time, likewise the oldest, 6 has as much fun. I find the age range of usability is very expansive and I will have many years of play out of this quality piece.

A mi hija le encanta jugar a ser barista, y esta es una maravillosa opción para su role-play. Lo más novedoso para ella, es el menú que puede utilizar para marcar el pedido, preparar el café, y después borrarlo para reutilizarlo en el pedido de alguien más. La construcción es excelente, es un juego que va a durar, y además fácil de transportar, por lo que ha podido jugar a ser barista en casa de sus abuelitos. Simplemente excelente!! Lo compré en oferta del día, el precio era inigualable.
